Player Review
96 - TOTS
Overall Rating: 9.1/10
Coins Paid: 1,250,000
I made room in my weekend league side for TOTS Sterling in the RAM position in a 4-2-3-1 narrow formation. On the whole I was impressed with him and would recommend any standard of player to at least try him. I achieved an Elite 3 finish this weekend league and often found him to be scoring the goals that really mattered. Due to his high stamina and pace I also noticed that he becomes more effective as the each match goes on due to opposing defenders gradually reducing in stamina. One cool aspect about Sterling is that he has his own custom sprint and dribbling animation which brings him to life more.
End Game Rating: 9/10
I have identified what I found to be his pro's and con's below.
** Please note that my play-style involves lots of quick passing, movement, dribbling and skill moves and therefore, I favor cards with high agility/balance. **
Pace (10/10) - provides an outlet down the wing against opponent's who like to press high up the field (these are few and far between in the weekend league).
Dribbling (9.5/10) - exceptional, which makes really effective inside the opposition's final third weaving in between defenders. He feels so agile and balance is great.
Finishing (9/10) - Generally brilliant when used with time finishing.
Stamina (10/10) - Can go all the way up until the 120th minute without any problems.
Link ability (9/10) - Fairly easy to link given he is BPL for Manchester City.
Weak foot - Lack of 4* weak foot is what stops this card from reach the next level.
Composure - Finishing was affected the odd time when pressured by opposition defenders/goalkeeper.
Strength - Can be bullied off the ball by the more physical full backs.
Aggression - ^^
