There are a few players who I love playing with In-Game, and Kante is always one of those due to his defensively excellence and being everywhere.

I had Gold Kante and for me, Gold was way more impactful. CL MOTM doesn't have that same in-game feel, despite having much higher stats. I think it may be that we're late in the game now so the Kante's are slowly becoming obsolete. Don't get me wrong, he's still a beast on the pitch. But I had expected a noticeable difference from Gold, primarily from the Defensive side.

My recommendation is to keep Gold w/ Shadow and save your coins for other upgrades. Or even buy the IF card.
