Dreadful - worse than useless

I've played with Mike in goal for over 100 games now, and I can safely say he is by far the worst "top tier" gk I have used. He will jump out of the way of the ball very often, when he would likely have made a save had he not even moved. However, he will also often refuse to dive, or even stick a hand in the way of the ball - when the ball is shot at him, he will move, when it is shot near to him in an absolutely saveable position, he won't move a muscle. The worst part is he will frequently tackle his own defenders when they're clearing lines at a corner, free kick, or some other goalmouth scramble, causing the defender to fall taking both them and Mike out of the game, invariably laying it on a plate for an opposing attacker to roll it into a now empty net. His speed off the line is terrible, and he sometimes just doesn't move to close down an attacker until it's far too late even when I hold triangle (or y or whatever) to come out. He ducks out of the way of chipped balls over his head. He is genuinely one of the worst gks I've ever used in fifa (eafc, same difference), and is the only one to have actively moved out of the way of the ball instead of trying to save it. His passing, be it from set pieces such as goal kicks, or in open play, is embarrassingly poor, to the point where I just consider him a liability and will not pass to him, as I might as well be kicking it in my own net given the frequency at which he plays it into the feet of an opposing player. Avoid at all costs.
