Here we have a very interesting card to try out. I really wanted to try out the Powershot Playstyle+. Harry Kewell is one of the few who has it. So first of all I want to mention how that felt. His Power Shot is incredible. He can shoot these power shots just as fast as a normal shot but with so much more power behind it. I think 95% of the goals I scored with him were power shots from outside the box. I scored 14 goals with him in 51 games, all of them being WL matches or a few high-end division rivals matches. Besides the 14 goals he also got 18 assists. So all in all he was a part of 32 goals in 51 matches. I have used him in 3 different formations throughout his matches. All of them were in an LW position though. I have used the (442(2), 442, and the 3421) formations. I really focused on using him and finding his strengths and weaknesses. It was a fun time having him on the squad. He is for sure a fun player to try out, and you can score some incredible banger power shot goals with him.
I would probably put it like this. Do you have a lot of coins and want to have some fun, try him out for sure. But on the other hand, if you don't have a huge amount of money, but want to use a lot of money on one player to carry your team. Then Harry Kewell probably isn't the guy for you. As of now, I would definitely say he is a bit too overpriced (275k). The only reason he cost so much is probably because of his Power Shot Playstyle+. And even though it's fun to play around with, it's probably not worth the 275k unless you have way too many coins.
Ranked from most important to minor details:
- His Power Shot is just SO overpowered. Even in tight situations, he can pull off an incredible power shot.
- His passing is fantastic
- His controlled sprint is great
- His agility is great. He can change direction at a very acceptable pace.
- His 4* skill moves is great to have.
- Apparently, his defending skills aren't even that bad. He is a great support in the defense as well.
Ranked from worst details to minor flaws:
- Way too overpriced at (275k). If he reaches a point where he is below 170k, he is probably worth trying out.
- His 3* weak foot is too noticeable and ruins a lot of shots with his weak foot.
- His stamina is not that good either. He tends to be the first on my team to lose his stamina.
- He is also a little weak in physical battles.
- For some reason, I also really do not like his finesse shots. They tend to hit either right in the middle or miss the goal completely.
