I started using Griezmann instead of Aubameyang, because I was very, very disappointed of Aubameyang and Griezmann was hilarious in Fifa 17. And, what should I say, he is even better now! First of alle, if you buy him: GET A HUNTER! Hunter is a real game changer for Griezmann, he is also okay with basic but hunter makes him great, let's say insane!

Lets start talking about his stats and how the feel ingame:

Pace: I was a bit nervous about his pace because I like fast strikers very, very much and I was scared after using Aubameyang he would be "too slow" for me in the first games. What should I say: He is fast! Of course Aubameyang was faster, but especially on the first meters he will be able to release from almost every defender to get into posession.

Shooting: This is probably the best part of Griezmann, he can shoot from anywhere! Even his 3* WF don't matter to me, because he even does insane longshots with his right. His finishing is outstanding, I can not remember an 1on1 on which he did not score and because of his decent curve he is able to do the finesse shot with perfection! His long shots feel like 90, I play him with Rui Costa, Isco and Rakitic back in midfield and I swear to you, he is the best shooter on the pitch!

Passing: His passing of course is not special, he is no cm. But on the positive side, it's not bad for a striker! At least you will be able tu pull out some long passes on counter attacks without killing the attack. He is okay in passing, especially for an attacker he is one of the better passers.

Dribbling: Man he is good in dribbling! It's just great that he is so agile! You won't even need the trick stick to fake out defenders with his fast cuts.

Physis: That is the only con. He is very weak and in battles with defenders he loses almost everytime. That is something I can live with, I knew it when I bought him. You will have to take care that he does not get in any physical battles. One more thing about his physics: His heading is great! Not only in his stats, also ingame he scores a lot of headers for me, especially on corners or when he is running into the box and you put a cross right into his running direction.

Overall I think Griezmann is the perfect player for everybody who wants a perfectly balanced striker. He is fast, he is good in shooting, he is good in dribbling, he is good in passing and (surprise) he is good in heading too! Especially outside the box he is comparable to Messi, because the both are so great in dribbling, faking out defenders with small cuts and then finishing with a finesse longshot.

I've used Griezmann in about 50 games now, 30 of those as striker and 20 at CAM. His stats as a striker are 40 goals and 12 assists, and at CAM he has 9 goals and 20 assists. I've used Ousmane Dembele around him and Anthony Martial, with Mbappe at ST when Griezmann is at CAM. He's nearly flawless. Pace, dribbling, and especially shooting are something he's magnificent with. He feels much faster than his 86 pace as he can outrun most central defenders. Dribbling is great and I love strikers with 4* skill moves, can easily get around opponents using skill as well as speed. He can score easily from anywhere within 30 yards with his left foot. His right foot will constantly leave something to be desired however, and he isn't very strong so he is shoved off the ball very easily. When playing at CAM I used the maestro chemistry style and his passing was nearly flawless. He has precise balls with really well weighted through passes, only seems to struggle with over the top balls, but I rarely use those anyways. 76 stamina isn't the best, but Griezmann can put in a solid 75 minutes at full speed.

Antoine Griezmann normal card is clearly underrated. I played with him about 100 matches and he scored 87 goals and 79 assists in WL and division 2 and 3. He's always in the right position, he finishes everything with his left foot and almost everything with the right. His long shots are pretty good, he has great agility and balance.

After a few weeks of Fifa 18 I wanted to try out a overpowerd striker. I usually play fast attacks and counters and I do not hold the ball to long. So most of the times my strikers need to run against defenders to get the ball and in my opinion, Griezmann is not always fast enogh. So after 40-60 games I tried to play him more as a "false 9" or CAM and it really helped him out. Now I could controll the game better, his longshots were amazing and many people are focussing on him, so my wingers could get into the gaps.

I haven't been much of a fan of Griezmann to be honest, I was forced to use him in fifa 15 to get decent chemistry with suarez (which was then my favourite player) and he always felt a bit like a drunk because of his low balance. It is something that plagued him in fifa 16 as well and to a much lesser extent in fifa 17. But even last season he didn't really did his real life counterpart much justice, at least not his base card and early informs.

This has completely changed this year though, griezmann in fifa 18 is what he is in real life, a deadly striker. He doesn't suffer anymore from balance issues and he is quite agile (90), something that I miss with the much more expensive aguero and most of other the strikers. He also makes very intelligent and very fast runs. He feels much faster than his 86 pace when he makes his runs over short distances, his runs will rip defences apart in small spaces and his left foot is deadly, just shoot hard with it. His right foot is not that good but that's what a 3 star weak foot is, it hasn't bothered me that much though. I still score with it, but I don't use it for hard shorts.

Griezmann, for a striker, is also very good in passing, I once put him up front with kluivert (which is even a better passer) and it resulted in fireworks. Being able to pass up front without having to worry your striker will make a faulty pass is a real game changer. Don't forget that griezman isn't a bad crosser either.

Griezmann doesn't have a lot of strength but he doesn't suffer from it like other strikers with similar strength (low 60's), since he has such intelligent positioning combined with high reactions and agility, this while his ball control and dribbling are quite decent as wel. It makes him able turn to possession quite fast into a successfull pass or a shot on goal. So if you're planning to use him, realize that he will be suck shoulder to shoulder, but he wil be so fast in turning away that the defender won't be able to steal the ball. Or better yet he'll make a good run and you can forget about that defender all together.
