Magical left foot!

Hero Mohammed Salah is sure to be one of the best players I have used this Fifa. I used him for one fut champions weekend and in scored 62 goals and had 38 assists in 40 matches. And this is with me controlling him, I am not finishing better than gold 2, but without him, I would score so many less goals and probably finish with 16 wins. I used Salah at striker on just 4 chem next to Sadio mane and Paulo Dybala behind. I would definitely use him on the right side of the pitch so he can cut inside and use the wonderful weak foot to take a finesse to the far top corner from outside the box. His finishing stats of 85 is so true, but it says that he just have 72 curve which I think is completely wrong, it feels like high 80s for sure. He makes wonderful runs that can make a perfect pass possibility for the midfield between the CBs and the LBs. It says that he only has 2-star weak foot which I noticed, especially with shots from outside the box but he can easily finish with the right foot and low driven it past the goalkeeper. The reason why I sold him was only because I wanted to prepare for black friday :-D

Bought Salah for 95k on PC which is significantly less than the 140k or so that he sells otherwise, however I would consider anything under 150k a pretty good deal. His pace (predictably) is phenomenal and his dribbling and close-control make him really difficult to defend against (if used well). His height is a bit of an issue when playing lobbed through balls or even from goal kicks because he's not likely to win the ball even over short centre-backs and full-backs. I used him at right-wing in a 4-3-3 to maximize his ability to cut in on his left foot and finesse the ball into the far corner or just to simply set up a team mate, however switching him to a right-sided striker in game to take low-driven shots probably would work decently well also. One important thing to note is that you probably not get results if you aren't too familiar with his card because of the weak foot and lack of physicality. Also if you play too predictably, he isn't very hard to defend against so keep that in mind.

Not what expected

I bought him for 151k in order to be in the 11 instead of Sterling. After 10 matches (Online seasons and Squad Battles) I didnt feel like he is 94 pace.

He seemed to me less quicker than Sterling and that he is not worth the difference of prices between them.

I used him as RW with Finisher chem.

Sold for 151k as i saw his price appears to go down.

Not my type...

Ok, this may be a bias review. To be totally honest, I just bought this card a few weeks ago because he is getting an upgrade.

In the first few matches I really liked him, getting behind the defense and finishing amazing with his strong left foot. To be clear: avoid using his right foot, he just hasn't got one.

After he started to lose shape I looked for alternatives, and I found one. The man who replaced him in every element is Raheem Sterling (84). This card has so much more than the "Weak Egyptian". More strength, agility, balance and passing. Much more of a total player. Of course I bought Sterling for the upgrade too, just to make a little money.

Go and look who you like more!
