I wanted to use him as I already had untradeable PTG Firmino and SBC promes so he was the perfect way of linking them, and I managed to luckily get him in that untradeable tots player sbc. I didnt expect much but he definitely surprised me!
- Passing- great for passing out of the back (I use him as a cdm in 41212 wide)
- Longshots- very powerful
- Defending- Incredible
- Strength is more than enough due to his aggression
- Pace- feels like IF Allan
- hard to link without promes
- dribbling could be better, although its definitely usable for a cdm
I have signed Fernando TOTS for my team to give Chemistry to Promes SBC and Bruno Peres FutBirthday, I wanted a CDM with a lot of defense and I can get to the door and score, and Fernando TOTS is perfect for that! This player has surprised me a lot. (Sorry for my english, I´m Spanish)
+Pace for a Cdm (but it's not kante).

I play in 4-1-2-1-2-(2) as my CM. This guy is amazing. If you want to play him more defensive use Shadow cham. style and if you want him as your playmaker put Maestro.
He is amazing at both roles. With shadow he feels faster and gives your CDM more support and also he is everywhere on the pitch so you won't lose him when you are attacking. He will be there in build up and he can put those long shots in if he gets some space to shoot.
If you put maestro on him he is playmaker you want. Great short passing and amazing long passing to my pacey strikers ( I use Promes and Quaresma ).
His price is so low you will not regret buying him!

Honestly he only has one Con and that is only on paper, it is his 77 strenght.
But his aggression and balance make up for it. You won't lose duels, trust me
This Fernando tots card is freaking amazing. I have a premier League team but I got the card from SBC (untradeble). I tried Kante, bakayoko, Gueye and Henderson (swap deals card) and they all were not as good as him. At the beginning i was very disappointed because I thought he would not fit into my team. However decided to switch to the formation 4-2-3-1(2) with Firmino IF as a CAM and Willian IF on the right and i put Fernando then in the CDM spot(7 Chemistry) to link with both players. later on i figured out that this was the best decision i have ever made, Fernando was a BEAST. He is very fast. His tackles and physical appearance is very impressive as well as his shooting skills. I played about 10 games and he scored 4 goals all from long shots, however what he really lacks is his height and his 3 stars weak foot. His passes with his left foot were not always great if you put more power into it. He could fail one pass with his weak foot every 20 attempted passes maybe. Also Fernando is very small to defend headers. He lacks jumping as well which is very noticeable. So if you need a big guy at this spot, then you should forget the idea of buying him. To be honest I do not really believe why he costs only 40k because basically he is probably on of the best CDMs in the game.
