Well, I think at least 40% of people who came here used Meunier IF or FUTMAS in 18. So, the answer that you guys are looking for is: YES, Meunier still an awesome RB. I'm going to 50 games with him this year, plus at least 200 in FIFA18 and can't decide which attribute I like more. The combination of 94 stamina and 87 strength means you don't need to use an anchor, backbone or gladiator card on him, because he is a white Hulk. But definetely the thing I like more is the shooting stats. C'mon, can you name other real RB that have 80 shooting? "But I'll never shoot with a RB". Wrong. Meunier is a H/H so it's very probable that sometimes you'll shoot with him. Last year I scored ~30 goals, now it's already 3. Lastly, 87 crossing and 86 short passing means he is an authentic creator. I use shadow chem, so the pace + defending become excelent. The only thing that annoys me a little bit is the 50 balance, sometimes I think he is trying to take a refrigerator to the other side hahaha.
So, Meunier IF is what he looks like. A very solid RB that deserves 80k of you. Trust me!
It's my first review in history, but Meunier (IF) is awesome! That's the reason why I decided to share my experience with you.
First of all some details about me as FIFA-Player. I am playing FIFA since 2000 and had my best times between 2011 - 2013. In this time I played several competitions at ESL. (German League)
At the moment I am at Rivals Division 3 and played several weekend leagues.(Gold 1 / Elite 3)

In FIFA19 I already played different kind of left/right backs: Marcelo, Sandro, Alaba, Alba, Walker, Juanfran, but Meunier IF is currently the best one for me!
I am playing him with Shadow and with normals settings. He is very fast and he has 94 Stamina! This period of FIFA it's very important to have at least 90 Stamina.
Meunier is everywhere at the pitch! If you are attacking he will run forwards and helps you to counter the defensive of your opponent. Thanks for his amazing workrates he will be also in the right positioning when your component starting to attack.
Thanks his height and strengths he always win 1on1 situations. None of tested left/right backs (see above) are so strong in 1on1 situations.
You can easily switch ingame your formation with three centerbacks. Meunier can also play as centerback, but please change your settings -> reduce standing of your team to avoid a counter attack of your component. You don't need to switch him in 70/80 minutes - he has enough stamina to fight 110 minutes.
He is very well in attacking, great passing, great shots (power shot with L1+R1 / finesse shots are not the best one).
Last year, he got a Futmas card which I used him for a sub for multiple position. He was amazing last game so when he got an inform this year, I decided that I had to try him out. Unfortunately he didn’t fit my team at first until I packed an untradable Mertens. When I saw his stats, I decided to play him at striker partnering with Firmino at 4-2-2-2. He is amazing at the striker role. I put a marksman chem style on him and he is one of the best strikers in the game.
With 92 strength and 90 finishing after the boost, he can out strength basically every player and finish 95% of his chances. He can also score those timed finesse shots most of the time with his 92 long shots and 86 shot power. If I need to change formation in game or make any sub, he can slot into any position on the field with no effect because of his 94 stamina. The only downside is that he only has 3 star skill move, which means that he can’t do the La Croqueta that require 4 star skill move. Besides that he is a perfect player for any position.

At 6'3 Meunier looks down on all the other puny wingbacks. Coupled with his strength he is a unique player in his position who is definitely worth a look.
Having played 644 games with him I especially like all the little things the card did for me. When defending corners Meunier usually took over the tallest opponent and very rarely lost a header.
He did not get out muscled, especially not by wingers but not even by the bulkier strikers. He also never got caught out up front like Marcelo does at times, the H/H seeming to bring a great balance to his game going froward/ staying back. And once every while he got me a goal from a corner, too.
Coupled with his solid defending (after applying the chem style of your choice), he is a great defender more then worth his salt.
His weak points are in my eyes his Agility/ Balance as well as his Acceleration. His turns feel quite cumbersome and he is just generally not limber, his low Accel means that if you get caught unawares he will just not catch up with anything simply because it takes him two or three steps to get to full speed.
The only reason I am selling him is because I pulled a red Lala who is almost the opposite, which makes Meuniers strengths and weaknesses even more obvious.
Lala feels less than a the tank that Meunier is but he likes to go forward and is far to small to be of much use when defending corners. If both were tradable I would most likely stick with Meunier just because of the unique skill set he has, which makes him a player I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a great defender.
I played him at RB to start, and moved him in-game up to a CM using the custom tactics feature, and this guy is insane. The chem style I put on him was a Gladiator, which gave him gret shooting stats for long range efforts from that CM position, and made all his defensive stats OP as well. Due to this balance, he can be played ANYWHERE on the field depending on how you want to attack or defend. In my ultra-attacking tactic I even moved him up to striker which utilized his 6'3 height and shooting stats with the chem style!
