The best chemistry style for him is HUNTER.

The title should let you know how highly I rate this man, and I've played UT for around 8 years now. The early stages of FUT can be difficult, chances are you're not gonna be rocking CR7 and Prime Henry up top anytime soon, but if like me you're looking for a middle ground, an upgrade on the cheap sweaty strikers like Zaha etc then look no further than Ben Yedder.
Ben Yedder is phenomenal, 54 goals in 45 games across both squad battles and division rivals is personally up there with the best strike rates I've achieved in Fifa. Before I break down the card stats, I just want to emphasise how this card seems to have an 'Icon' feel to it, at least in the last few years, sometimes Icons tended to outperform their stats and this card has that vibe.
Pace-
Pace is great, not electric Mbappe type pace, but fast nonetheless, play him in behind defenders and expect him not to be caught, Hawk probably helps this. No problems here.
Shooting-
Absolutely incredible, when I say around 60% of his goals were scored outside the box this should put into perspective the kind of quality he has. I found no problem with his shot power, BUT I absolutely 100% recommend finesse shots, because this is where I found Ben Yedder to excel, his ability to find corners with finesse shots from outside the box was incredible, I'll attach a video below of an example. Inside the box, he's clinical as hell, one of the best finishers i've ever used, and high positioning means he's always where you need him to be. 5* weak foot is deadly and this means the finesse shots I talked about earlier can be performed on either foot, eliminating the need to check back onto the favoured foot.
Passing -
Above average passing on a striker means he's perfect for a tiki taka style of play and I actually used him at CAM for a little while, he's no iniesta but passes exactly how you'd expect a player with 79 passing to pass. No complaints.
Dribbling -
Exceptional. Admittedly I haven't used the Messi's of the game, but if I had, I couldnt imagine that he would dribble much better than Ben Yedder. High agility and balance make him elusive af and he's easily able to evade and dribble past players, easily one of the best dribblers I've used so far this year.
Defending-
Meh. Not why you're buying him though really is it?
Physical -
Now, this is a talking point. He isn't strong, I'm not going to lie to you. BUT, with the technical ability he has, it's relatively easily to avoid physical confrontations and get yourself out of trouble. He's not horribly weak but if he's shoulder to shoulder with chiellini we know who's coming out on top. High jumping was a nice perk, don't expect him to win every header, because he won't, but he has a nice habit of winning headers he has no right to win. Stamina was no issue at all, but I tend to have my strikers set to 'Stay forward'.
Need I say more, Ben Yedder is essentially the best striker for his price on the market right now, so if all this sounds appealing, go grab him. Thanks for reading.
Deadly Finesses/shooting generally, topped with 5* weak foot.
Icon Feel, great value for money, especially at this stage of Fifa.
I used him up top with Griezmann in a 41212(2) and the guy just scored whenever he wants. Right foot, left foot, biycicle kicks and maybe even a header here and there. I packed him a week ago and at the beginning I wanted to sell him, but then I thought, just try him out for 1 game. And well, now he has played 25+ games for me.
Agility
5* weak foot
finishing
4* skill (is well and truly enough)
passing (short ticki tacka with griezmann, and then the trough balls)
stamina (I normally substitute him out in the 80min)
a little weak (but this is normal for a small guy like him, his high balance helps him a lot)
I managed to grab this card two weeks ago for the price of 90k (currently he is 122k) and all I can say is that he is so worth it! Even though he is small he can jump really high and has won me lot of headers. He is really nice to play and really good to do some 1-2 with my CAM or other striker! Definitely you should try him! Pair him up with a more physical striker and I think that this could become a deadly DUO! I Highly recommend it to everybody
Fast, dribbling, fun to play, price for how good he is, good passing game, nice runs, nice heading ability for his height!
Stamina sometime after 1-2 games, his finishing is really good but sometimes don't score easy goals when I need it the most!
So, I have used many of the elite cards on FUT 19. For instance, Antoine Griezmann, 88 IF Romelu Lukaku, Luis Suarez, Rivaldo and many more! As soon as I saw this card come to life back in TOTW 2 I was intrigued. It was a dark evening while I was sat brainstorming different teams when I came across a gorgeous team to put him into. I picked him up for 67k when he was first released, however he is still worth the 160k he is now for certain. He is well and truly the greatest card I have ever feasted my eyes on and he makes me want to play the game for the rest of eternity. I really never want to stop using this card. I use him with the marksman chemistry style to boost his shooting, dribbling and physical.
HIs record for me speaks for itself! He has netted 421 times in 412 games for my Ultimate Team. Not to mention the 184 assists! He really is something special and I'm struggling for superlatives to describe this 'godsend' of a card. He has all the stats required for a perfect CAM/ST and I love him with all my heart. I would do anything for him to get a second TOTW card since we would probably see an 86-rated card. I strongly believe this is the most complete card I have used in my 7 years of the beloved Ultimate Team game mode in the FIFA franchise. I love him with all my heart and will certainly be keeping him for the rest of this year's edition of FIFA. He also has a few unexpected tricks up his sleeve which I will go into more detail about in the pros and cons section of this review. However, before I get into that, I must say that this card is a 10/10 and he will improve almost any squad. I have used in FUT Champions and he carried me to elite 3 and he has also performed in Division 2!
Now, lets move onto his positions and where I believe he thrives. I have used him as a LST in a 4-2-2-2 formation and as a CAM in a 4-2-3-1 narrow. He is truly sublime in both positions since he can do almost anything on this insane game. At striker, his finesse shots and his clinical finishing will really take you by surprise since he will score every single chance you throw his way, especially if you have mastered the new and innovative timed finishing system on FIFA 19. However, I noticed that this card had an absurd passing range so I made the decision to play him as a central CAM in 4-2-3-1 narrow. This decision remains to be the best of my life since he does not disappoint. He gets involved in the game and he will always give you an option due to his high positioning stats. I believe he thrives in this position since he can get on the ball more and utilise his insane dribbling. He clearly isn't fussed which position he is playing, as long as he is on the field, he will score goals for you and keep smiling. This card is very close to my heart and I cannot recommend him enough to you guys reading this!
I fell in love with this card as soon as I got into a game with him and want to kiss him all night long. I would do anything to touch him and spread his cheeks. However, it is usually him spreading cheeks when he plays against defenders and destroys them with his huge whopper! I love this card dearly. If, by any chance, Wissam Ben Yedder is reading this then I would love to meet you one day and give you a kiss and a hug!
Shooting -
It is no secret that Wissam Ben Yedder has a mindblowing shot. From his finishing to his long shots, every shot he takes is inch-perfect. I strongly believe that he has one of the best finesse shots on the game and his high agility stats allow him to get more shooting opportunities since he can skip almost every tackle. His low driven shots, performed by holding L2 and R2, are truly absurd and will find the back of the net 9 times out of 10. Also, his shot power took me by surprise since he is only 5"7, I would not expect his little legs to generate such power and force when striking the ball.
Dribbling -
Ben Yedder has dribbling that many gamers dream about using. He is so responsive on the ball and turns in an instant. He can easily beat any defender without even performing any skill moves since his ball control and dribbling is out of this world. Due to his high agility, he executes each of his 4* skill moves to perfection which can be the difference in a tight game. Also, under the dribbling stats, comes his composure; being 87 rated, I found no problems here whatsoever. HIs sheer brilliance on the ball allows him to get into fantastic shooting positions so he can let rip and release a rocket into the goal.
Passing -
Now lets talk about his passing. This is another strong point of Ben Yedder's and he has no trouble finding his team-mates and setting them up for a goal scoring opportunity, hence the 184 assists for my Ultimate Team. He can play the key passes in the final third without an issue and there are again, no problems here in the slightest.
Heading -
Admittedly, Wissam Ben Yedder is rather short and only stands at 5"7 inches tall. However, this doesn't stop him from scoring header after header. His 91 jumping allows him to beat some of the meta defenders on the game in the air, including the likes of Kostas Manolas and Raphael Varane. This absurd jumping stat allows him to win a surprising amount of aerial duels and come out with the goal; this can help you to win games since people will rarely expect you to cross it to such a short man!
Pace -
I like to call this man the white Usain Bolt due to his fantastic speed. He can burst away from any defender on the game with his 90 acceleration. Furthermore, his 85 sprint speed allows him to maintain this speed over a distance and keep his lead over the defenders. There truly is no other superlatives left to describe this card.
Weak Foot -
After using this lovely man for 412 matches on FUT 19, it appears to me that it doesn't matter to him whether he shoots with his right foot or with his left. I have labelled this his 'weak foot' above, however it really is just as good as his right and there is no clear weak-foot. In fact, if it didn't state he was predominately right-footed, it would be almost impossible to tell which his preferred foot is. The 5 stars really don't lie!
Strength -
At only 60 strength, Ben Yedder clearly isn't blessed with strength. He really does need to hit the gym to bolster his size and mass. However, this is the only con I could find with the card and it isn't even the biggest of issues. To expand on this statement, his often boosts away from defenders, leaving them in his shadow, therefore meaning that hi strength isn't an issue since defenders simply can't keep up. However, he can get bullied off the ball so that is something else to be aware of!
OMG this is honestly one of the best cards ive used in FIFA! he is so fast, He is great at dribbling and dont get me started on his shooting! If you shoot, it's a goal!!! He is just so deadly! his finesses, his low drivens his normal shots. Just everytjing will go in. If i could give his shooting a mark out of 10, i'd give it a 9999999999! Honestly he is just incredible!!! If u want a chem style to put on him, Hawk is the best one because it sorts out his strenght aswell as pace an shooting. 100k is an absolute bargain! worth 5 million! Scores a hat trik pretty much every game on weekend leage for me!
everything
You shoot, its in
pace - very fast
Dribbling
Finesses
Jumping - despite being 5'7', he scores a suprising amount of headers too.
Can also put in a good tackle and steal the ball from defenders
nothing!!!
Preferably use him with another striker or in 4321 with left and right froward, but he is still insane if u dont
Ben Yedder is probably most overpowered strikers this year. For 100k, hes a goal machine. I had him up top with ucl jesus in a 4-2-4 and the amount of goals and assists the 2 of them had was incredible. ive also had him at ST in a 4-2-3-1 and again, he was a goal machine. at 5' 7'', he surprisingly wins headers against defenders and even at corners. a hawk chemstyle works brilliantly on him. definitely try him out. strong links to griezmann, kondogbia and varane(if you switch ingame)
I am not the best player myself, getting around the gold 2 mark but he averaged more goals than games for me and so many assists too. no other striker that ive used this year has been as good.
the only bad thing I could possibly say about this card is his stamina. he tends to last about 75 minutes in game but a flashback ibra or tevez would be a great sub.
So he's amazing, best striker i've ever used on a Fifa game. 5* weak foot means he can go either way, he's lethal in the box, scores all sorts of goals and even though his long shots are not highly rated he gets plenty with finese for me. His size and driblling stats are great, and with the balance, and agility he moves away from players in tight spaces easily. Good short passing means he gets plenty of assists as well. He's weak and short so dont expect him to win any headers even with his jumping stat and centre halves will push him off the ball but i play quick passes in to him and off him and with his dribbling and passing he can hold the ball up. He's scored all types of goals for me on both feet. I bought him for 135 the other week and was worried about the investment but see he's 180k now and for i'd pay that for him
Normally, i dont write reviews on players, but after 118 Games and 122 Goals, i just had to write something about him. His finishing and shooting is out of this world, he controls the ball like no one else and somehow he manages to stay on his feet every time. He even intercepts a lot of passes in the midfield and then builds up the game around him. Additionally, with his 5* weak foot you can pretty much score from anywhere.
Used as a CAM in the 41212(2) this dude is a beast. Could also use him as a second striker but not a target man as he is too small. Feels quick off the bat. His shot is incredible. Timed finesse shots fly top bins on either foot, can bang them as well. He scores bicycle kicks and even headers (99 jumping with chem style). Passing is decent but not amazing. Dribbling is very good and touch is almost always excellent. Attack positioning is great but high/high work rate means he tries to defend too deep, stay forward instruction is a must. Always subbed in 70 - 80th minute for POTM Lucas due to average stamina (stamina is fine when played at ST). Strength is poor but dribbling stats mean he can avoid defenders well. Played in legendary squad battles and div 4/3 division rivals. Pretty much player of the match in every game he plays in.
Yedder always gets the dirtiest IF's and it's no different this year. With his 5*/4* combo, stats in all the right place, and great passing for a striker, his card is just the frame for an amazing ST or CAM which is why his IF's are always so OP. If you like small agile players give him a go, you won't get a better ST/CAM until you start spending icon money...
Fast
Extremely agile
5* WF and 4* Skill moves
Great finishing
Great passing for a ST means he's also a great CAM with Maestro
Broken player, especially for his price
Great league and nation for links
Strength, but good luck finding someone as nippy as Yedder who's also strong.
