i bought richarlisons otw when it was around 20k and i thought it would be a decent investment. i decided to use his normal card in my team and thought he was okay but nothing special. so when hes card got an upgrade i thought let me try him before i sell him. i decided to use him as a left cam in a 4-2-3-1 formation and all i can say is he is quite simply amazing. hes finesse shots are so OP and virtually every finesse goes in (timed finishing). so i have now decided not to sell him and am hoping he gets another upgrade XD
I originally bought OTW Richarlison for about 35k as an investment immediately after the Everton vs. Brighton match where he scored two goals and I just thought I would sell him on for profit. I then saw his price rise and rise so I waited to sell him until he went for about 50k, but he never reached that point because when his card was released as a LM, his price plummeted and I would have lost coins if I sold him. So I decided to just keep in my club as a sub until he got another inform, but now I love him and he has broken into my starting 11. I use a 4-3-2-1 formation with Richarlison at LF and he's sick. I sold my main team to make profit when the Black Friday Market Crash arrives and this past weekend league he was the star man. He is very good on the ball and has great ball control and flashy dribbling skills. He is also very strong and good at winning headers. Right now, he is the best LM/LW/LF card I have used this FIFA 19 and I have used, Insigne, Douglas Costa, Sadio Mane, and Ivan Perisic (all of their normal base cards). He is also one of the best finishers I have used in FIFA, he can score from almost anywhere and his 5 star weakfoot helps a lot. I love using his 4 star skills to either just cut in on his right foot or charge down the line on his left. Because of his strength, when he needs to track back and defend, he gets done what needs to be done. I recommend OTW Richarlison for any team, unless you can afford a Neymar, Hazard, or Icon.

I am playing him as a LF and in-game Richa feels so good. Enough pace and physic to outrun any defender. His shooting is fine, long shots are rated 69, but feels pretty much better in-game. Passing is fine.
Weak foot 5 stars is amazing on Richa, any ball he takes is on goal.
Only thing that is not so great is the balance and composure, with an upgrade in those stats he would be the to-go- forward in PL or Brazil squads.
I don't know how to start this but I will go stright to the point. I bought this OTW card when his 86 SIF come up. Why? Because I was looking for someone who can replace Gabriel Jesus. I bought this OTW card I give to him a Hawk chem style and the show begins. Used only in Weekend League matches and Division Rivals and his stats are looking awsome: 7 games, 15 goals and 4 assist. I used him as a RST in a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) and he shows what he can do. I used 88 OTW Felipe Anderson and I really need to say that Anderson can not replace Richarlison from the ST. Yeah, Felipe Anderson has 99 shot power and 99 long shot, but the diference it's that Felipe Anderson can be use only as a winger or a CAM but Richarlison it's that type of player who can play winger/striker/attacking midfilder. Overall Richarlison it's way better than Felipe Anderson when you compare them as strikers not wingers. Cheap Beast!
I've never cared much for WL, I've played squad battles and division rivals for most of the year, last week I've decided to enter the weekend league to experience it.
I went 14/16, got gold 3 and will definitely enter again this week.
My MVP was, without a shadow of doubt, Richarlison. This card is class, he has it all, strenght, height, shooting, pace, dribbling, everything.
I play on 4-3-3 (3) by default, but in game I switch between a more open 4-2-2-2 set with Richarlison and Mbappe acting as strikers and 4-1-2-1-2, inverting both of them as strikers up top and using Willian as a cam/cf. Suffice to say that Richarlison overshadowed totw 89 Mbappe as my most valuable player, to the point Im now experimentint 86 talisca instead of mbappe. He scored 3 hat tricks, a lot of headers and every kind of goal, from overlapping the oposition defenders to post/gk rebounds, he's phenonemal.

Richarlison's OTW is outstanding, I use him as a Striker in game and he is doing phenomenal. His hight combined with his jumping and heading accuracy make him a huge arial threat. He also is very crafty, and can shoot with either foot. In the past I've used Hazard, OTW Felipe Anderson, IF Mane, and RTTF Alexis Sanchez. Although these players were outstanding, Richarlison has been on the same level or even better than all of them, which is crazy considiring he is under 40K. Bottom line is, if you are looking for a great but cheap WInger, you should definitly go with Richarlison.

-Crossing is a little bittle low for a winger, but can easily be fixed with a chem style

For me, Richarlison is a value winger, but don't count on him to win you any games. Although his stats may sound like a great value for under 30k, I found more often than not he is out performed by cheapo 1k wingers. He needs at least one or two more upgrades before he can contend. In all honesty, he might be a lost cause now that Felipe Anderson is the LW to own for Brazil and EPL teams. Richarlison is doomed to always be below Felipe.
I played him in a Brazil + CSL (4-3-3) squad early in the season alongside POTM Lucas, Alex Teixera (try this guy out!). He woefully underperformed as a scorer (PGP 0.21 Goals) and was out performed by Carrasco who is only 1k. I moved him into a LM position in a 4-1-2-1-2 EPL squad recently with POTM Aubameyang up top and he can't seem to out dribble, out pace, nor out pass anybody. He's like on an island, and as soon as he gets the ball I find myself rushing to pass back to my CAMs/CMs. I basically use him to just ping pong passes between my backline and CMs.
His outside shot is not great, his passing is not great, so the only way he provides value is if you dribble him well inside the box and shoot/pass from there. I remember the frustration of him missing shots and making poor passes once inside the box. I did not get that same feeling with OTW Quincy Promes or POTM Lucas, some other wingers I've featured in his spot.
His strength and Def WR is useful in winning the ball back on the wings, but he's not so great at one thing to warrant a place on any of my squads. Maybe we get lucky and he gets a few more upgrades this year. For now don't waste your time.
