So, i have used some of the best strikers in the game imo, i have tried TIF werner, griezmann, mbappe and bale as strikers, luis suarez and IF mertens. He is easily as good as all of them, if not in the top 3 of that list. I was lucky to get gomez as a red pick and saw that all he needed was one orange link as a striker in the 4-1-2-1-2 (2) for him to get 8 chem with a manager and loyalty. I did the squads and managed to complete it for around 30k as i had a lot of high untradeables. He is honestly amazing and he probably wont be leaving my team until i can afford a TOTY attacker. I used a engine chem style on him and he managed to score 28 goals and 13 assists in 25 games. (23 of those games were WL, the other two were warm up games i played in div rivals (Div 4))
Pace:
His pace is amazing, not only is the cards pace high, but due to his height and agility, he feels more like 92-94 pace and with an engine 96ish. He can outrun most defenders, the only two who have managed to catch up with him so far is Varane and SIF Van dijk.
Shooting:
This is probably the best feature of the card. His finishing is amazing and because if his shot power, even if the shot is poor, it normally goes in. His timed finishes are brilliant as well. Again due to the 99 shot power, even if you orange time it, it normally goes in. The composure as well really helps the card out. I'd say out of all the strikers ive used, his 1-on-1 finishing is the best out of all of them.
Dribbling:
Very good, feels very quick on the ball and is good at dribbling his way out of situations
Passing:
Passing was good, the occasional pass wouldn't go to the person intended but that seems to happen a lot in Fifa ATM.
Defending:
I don't care and i'm sure you don't either
Physicallity:
because of his height and strength, he is very hard to get the ball off of. The likes of van dijk struggled at times and full backs never seem to push him of the ball. His stamina is very good as well, can survive to the 120' minute depending on your custom tactics.

3* weak foot can be a slight issue sometimes but not too bad.
No areial threat, so if you cross the ball to your strikers, may not be the best option
So, i wanted a fast, strong and explosive striker-hence the completion of flashback Tevez SBC. I play him as a right striker in a 4-1-2-1-2 alongside 88 Pato with Rivaldo at CAM. He is simply broken. He is so fast, good agility and balance with 85 strength he basically bounces off players, to burst pass them the heel to heel flick and ronaldo chop are my favourites with him. He is always in the box at the right time, his positioning really showing through. If you use the driven cross from you fullbacks into Tevez-almost always a goal

Wow, I am impressed... As a United Fan, I had to do this SBC, but I had no expectations at all. But man, did this guy impress me! I play him as central CAM in a 4231 with Kane as a target man up front with Rivaldo and POTM Hazard on the sides. Overall, one of the best CAM I've ever used, 9.9/10 pts
- Strength: He can shield the ball very well and power through defenders
- Fast: I feel like he's quicker than most of the players. Really deadly in combination with his strength
- Dribbling: Not as good as hazard POTM, but very good dribbling. 4* skills also helps
- Shooting: His shots are simply AMAZING! Driven longshots, finesse shots... You choose
- Passing: He always finds gaps between defenders to launch my fast wingers
- Height: His heading is not too bad but cause of his height he rarely wins any of them
- League: very hard to link if you don't have argentinians or icons in your squad
- 3* WF: if he had that 4* there, it would be a 10/10

So to be honest , I wasn't looking into doing this SBC because I had Suarez nm already. After comparing and having IF Messi I took the gamble to make Tevez.
Well, it haven't let me down the tiniest little bit.
Pace:
Is simply great, has already high starting pace, I'm using Hawk, so with 93 pace I am quicker than almost everyone.
Shooting:
This is the main reason that convinced me. With Hawk his shooting increases to 95, with only long shots of 83 falling behind. Because of his shot power and finishing almost every chance around the box normally goes in, AMAZING!
Passing:
Not his best stat, but I am certainly not complaining, since I am using two strikers you'll only need short passing, which is 84 and is more then enough to make sure 9/10 balls make it to another player. His vision is same (84) and that is a nice stat if you compare to alot of ST. Managed to get quite some assists on Tevez due to his passing.
Dribbling:
Amazing.
Great agility, feels very quick in turning etc.
Good balance, great controll and amazing composure.
Defending:

Physic:
Amazing with hawk his jumping is 75. due to being so little, is enough. Stamina haven't let me down yet, strength is amazing feels so strong, the only player I played against that actually pushed me off the ball is Virgil.

First of all i want to clarify that i am a casual player. No WL, no sb only Division Rivals sometimes. BUT i saw this FB Tevez and i thought i finally find a striker that will do the job and i can compete with other players. So i entered the first time into the WL and finished in S1 with no effort. Just played like in DR.
I wanted to do the Pavon League SBC, but its price doubled because of the hiperlink to Tevez. So if somebody want to do now, dont wait until the hype goes downSo the experiences:
.Even in yellow time finishing he scores most of the times, due to his excellent shooting stats, his attacking positioning is accurate, very well timed but sometimes he doesnt in position. However the WR is MED/LOW he helps the midfield all the time, this is the reason why he is out of position sometimes.
He feels like a Vardy in pace, Lukaku in physic and a Messi in shooting.
In overall at the moment you cant find better striker in 130k, so he absolutely worth the coins. Fortunately i had to spend only 30k because of the untradeables.
- Well balanced DRIBBLING with great COMPOSURE
- Excellent SHOOTING with outstanding SHOT POWER, ATTACKING POSITION and FINISHING
- Can be used in midfield as a CAM
- LOW CURVE so Finesse shots arent so effective but still really good
- 10 out of 9 times the crosses which finds him doesnt worth anything because of the SMALL HEIGHT
- Could be better at passing.
So when I saw the Tevez SBC, I immediately had to do it, cause in FIFA 16 he was for me, the best player in the game.
When I first got this card I tried him as a striker in the 4312 formation, but even with stay forward for some reason he always played as a CM/CAM-ish position, so I moved him to CAM, where he works perfect for me, his longshots are lethal, more than fast enough for a CAM and pretty good passing aswell.
Pros
Shooting, obvious pro, green timed finish and it goes in from almost anywhere.
Pace. Could be better, but as a CAM he's more than fast enough for me.

- Heading. Don't think he's ever won a header so far.
- His work rates seem to get him out of position a lot.
Well, i wanted to give him a shot because i had just packed red gomez who looked like an interesting card IMO. I use him as RAM in my 4231, and he has been a fun card to mess with.

This guy is an absolute MONSTER, the best player I've used so far in fifa 19
PACE: Tevez has unreal pace, since hes small he feels much faster than 88 pace more like 93 pace
SHOOTING: oh my god his shooting is the best of any player I've ever used, he just doesn't miss even with his left foot its still a cannon. scores 1 on 1, finesse, chips or outside the box
PASSING: he's got 32 assists in 59 games so you could probably play him as a CAM or even CM if you wanted but his height would suck in midfield
DRIBBLING / STRENGTH: he is so good at dribbling mixed with his strength and height its impossible to push him off the ball unless you're VVD
his height is the only thing that could be better or even his work rates but i dont think of them as an issue really
To start off, I need to tell you some background story about how I ended up writing this review in middle of February. I did the SBC few hours after the release. Used him as a super-sub for two months or so. He's been good, but I wasn't sure about him. Maybe it was because of my playstyle, which changed a lot or it was just super-sub thinking. For a month or so, I created a budget team and tried new formation 4-2-2-2. I played him as a left CAM and I found out that I had a gem in my club. Purpose of this squad was to use as many untradeables as possible, so don't be harsh on me. Going back to Tevez. He's one of the best driven shooter I've played so far. His shot power is extraordinary, he's smashing the ball into the net like crazy. He's also very agile with combination of acceleration and he's balanced dribbling stats. He's small, but very strong. It's almost impossible to push him off ball while he's sprinting. His passing is decent, but sometimes it's not enough for a CAM. Well, writing this review, when he's no longer available to complete in SBC is pointless, but maybe some of you have him in your clubs. Give him a second life, he will repay with very solid plays. I played him mostly in WL and Div 3. Stats are little biased by using him as super-sub for considerable time. I remember I did it SBC nearly for free so for me it was a good deal.
Shooting - great, especially at driven shots.
Dribbling/Physicality combination - it is tough to take the ball from him, great at shielding and getting fouled.
Pace - decent, I used him as a CAM, so it was more than I needed. Could also work as a Striker with that pace.
Week foot - it is a issue, when you play him a striker, as a Left CAM you can easily deal with 3*
Height - obviously, could be higher
League - can't fit him without Icon into decent team I suppose
I logged into FIFA to my surprise there was a flashback for the first time in a month and there he was the man himself Carlos Tevez. I instantaneously sold my team just to afford the hefty price tag of 150k and to my delight I soonly found out due to his height and 64 jumping I was ecstatic to see how he played as an aerial threat and to my disappointment he simply wasn't good enough as a lone striker here are a few things I found disappointing about this "amazing" card.
In front of goal I have never seen a man as shaky as this midget he simply can't score like other players such as Lukaku you would think a man with 92 finishing could at least score a sweaty but to my surprise he just can't I have mid icon Ronaldinho who gives the perfect balls across goal and still Tevez the 90 rated CF can't score, I investigated further I thought Tevez wasn't the problem so I sold my attack apart from Tevez and I invested in much better players and again I couldn't score I couldn't get past bronze 1 in the weekend league. Day by day my friends would bully me for simply even being in possession of Tevez. Tevez has an awful habit of being too kind by shooting in the crowd giving them a free ball or by giving the oppositions goalkeeper confidence by making the simplest of saves they don't even need a goalkeeper he may aswell play outfield and Tevez will still miss.
To be completely honest he might as well not have a left foot as when ever it comes in contact with the ball the ball suddenly disappears outside the stadium.
His league and nationality make it very hard to make a good team around him but still even with Messi and Dybala this card couldn't score it is a very bad idea making him your soul striker simply due to how small and sluggish he is I really should of looked at this card before I completed it as I certainly wouldn't of done him after seeing the medium attacking rate he has. You may call Lukaku fat but when Tevez is on the pitch it makes Lukaku look like a twig like honestly you may aswell play him in net as he takes up half of it.
I am glad to say after having him for a week I discarded him and magically all my problems were solved I was once agsin hitting elite 1 in the weekend league and the bullying instantly stopped balls stopped disappearing out the stadium it was great I extremely recommend discarding this card as it will do you a load of good
