If you are looking for an anchor man to support your back line and provide your forwards with service to start quick counters look no further because Daniele De Rossi is your guy! If Andrea Pirlo and Arnold Schwarzenegger had a baby it would be this card.He is an absolute beast of a holding midfielder and constantly bullies opponents off the ball. His passing is inch perfect and always seems to provide teammates with beautiful passes to start quick counters. He is a real difference maker as a holding midfielder and I would definitely recommend doing his SBC before it's gone!
Passing- Pirlo-esque passing always seems to find the mark with his passes
Strength- An absolute unit who constantly bodies opponents off the ball
Interceptions- Seems like he is almost always in the right place at the right time to cut out a pass
Long Shots- All though his finishing and attack positioning aren't that great he has banged in a few screamers from outside the box for me
Aerial Ability- Who said white men can't jump??? De Rossi sure seems to disprove this
Agility- Seems a little clunky on the ball at times but nothing that cant be fixed with a chem card. Also since he's a holding midfielder this isn't much of a problem as I don't dribble with him much
3 star skills- If he had 4 star skills he would be a prime icon but 3 is sufficient for the role I use him in
My Goodness! What a monster this man is! I was looking for a cheapish CDM and the second this SBC came out I knew I had to get it done! He is literally everything you want in a CDM/ CM. Amazing passing, incredible physical and his defense is immense. Add to the fact that he is 6ft and its like having another CB running around the midfield that can pass and shoot from distance. The Chem style that I use is Guardian, it seems to fix his only issue this card has IMO. His agility and dribbling is a bit of a let down, with this chem style he feels a bit more agile. Anchor is pointless, I know most people will use this since it boost his speed but really he does not need it. His physical is already pretty much maxed out.

Finishing (59) - Only Con really, if he finds himself in the box he can be let down with shot. But he is a CDM so unlikely to be found in the box often.
For some credibility, I'm a consistent Gold 1/Elite 3 player and have been playing FUT Champs since it's birth in FIFA 17.
I played with De Rossi for about half of my weekend league, and I used him on an anchor chem style. As you can see by the squad, I use De Rossi in a 4231 on the right hand side partnered next to Emre Can. I had been using Fabinho previously. Compared to Fabinho, at least, the cards are night and day as they should be. De Rossi makes a much bigger impact on the game, you can tell he's there. I know sometimes there will be the problem of CDMs where they aren't noticeable or in the correct position, but those worries are gone with De Rossi. If your opponent is going to try and get past De Rossi, it's going to be extremely difficult for him. Compared to Emre Can (Carniball) he is the way more solid defensive player 100%. I can basically say he is the best Serie A CDM that has been released all game, probably a top CDM overall. I recommend an Anchor chem style to make him a complete CDM, but I can also see a Shadow chem style doing bits, but I have yet to try that.
If you have the coins and the team (even if you don't run a Serie A squad or have the icons, you'll probably need him somewhere down the line), I recommend you definitely complete this card. For roughly over 200k (minus that with untradeables) you'll be receiving a top CDM, as well as a Rare Mega Pack and Prime Gold Players pack.

Since i used my prime Rijkaard in Sócrates SBC (godly), i was struggling to find a decent and cheap CDM. I really like tall defenders, and for me Kanté wasn´t good enough because of his lenght.
I use him in a two CDM formation, alongside Florenzi UCL live (who i change in game with Allan UCL, becoming my RB), and he is the one who does the dirty work.
His presence at defensive side is insane, and he is never out of position. He rarely makes mistakes with his passes and his tackles, thanks to his 99 composure. About his shooting, don't expect many goals. His longshooting are very decent, but he lacks a bit of finishing (still better than Kanté).
About the chemistry, i tried all the defensive ones, but for me Basic fits better. He can help your Build Up play, have a little balance and pace boost (u don´t need more than his pace for a cdm) and still remarkable at defense.
For my playstyle, he is better than Rijkaard Prime, who i had for about 200 games. I´m a Div 2 / Gold 1 - Elite III player, and for his price, he is a must have.

OMG this man is a machine. I played him in champs and he was the core of my midfield sitting in that DM role with luiz FB. The stats do not lie and this card is just impeccable. I cant put into words how good he is. Used in 11 games with Catalyst. compare him to prime vieira and then see how worth it this sbc is, de rossi is better than prime Vieira!

- Shooting - From anywhere with either foot he just smacked them in from mainly outside the box
- Dribbling - no 4* skills but it was really smooth while dribbling with him

250 coins for the sbc? is it worth it? of course YES ! well i used my untreadable cards to get him nearly for 50K but he still worth it.
This card is a prime icon level card, i did his sbc in fifa 18, he was a beast , i did a gain in fifa 19 and im not disappointed at all..
i used him in WL next to rijkaard in cdm postion, i feel like a have a big wall in the midfield and no one can pass !
in defence this a gus is a tank, he will get him self in the best position in the best time.
in passing, he have 3 eyes ! very accurate in long and short passes.
in shoting, he scored with me 10 to 12 long shots in 25 games, wich is good for a CDM
