After doing the Van Persie EOAE SBC I decided to try Bergwijn out because i finally had someone I could link him to in the Dutch league that gave him 10 chem.
When I first got him he went 10 games without a goal or an assist...I was about to give up on him, next game he scored me 3 goals and got me an assist so I thought okay I'll give him more time. I am so so glad I did. Straight up, this card is RIDICULOUS. I'm now 110 games deep with him with 71 goals and 22 assists. He cuts in off the left (Left Mid) and if you're in or around the box and you hit the finesse shot across goal it's either in top or bottom corner more or less every time. So the summary...
Pace - He's fast but he doesn't feel like he has 96 pace - I've used Mbappe who has 96 pace and he is leaps and bounds faster than this card...not sure why to be honest. Feels a bit broken. Not a problem either way but he feels more like 91/92 pace.
Dribbling - Awesome. Ball sticks to his feet like glue...occasionally takes a bit of a ropey touch here and there - this tends to be with a ball in the air...an example would be when you switch the ball low from the right wing he'll stick a foot out/up to control it and miss...not very frequent though. Easy to skip past guys with him. plus that 98 balance comes in massively when you get in the area, planted like a tree on the ball, never falls over. 4* skills is great at left mid and his dribbling makes that even easier to use.
Shooting - So his shooting is weird. 86 Shooting is a good solid stat and he's always reliable in and around the box - 71 goals playing out of left mid is proof of that. But sometimes it's as though he's never hit a ball in his life, you'll finesse with him and it'll go straight wide without any curve whatsoever but then other times you'll hit a finesse so sweet and it goes as top corner as it can get with curve like a Beckham free kick. Either way I don't have any issues with him, he's excellent in the box and outside of it and 8/9 times out of 10 it's spot on...just sometimes makes a mess of it. He does have 2* weak foot and you will know about it if you try and use it, however, he can still score with his left quite a lot...it just has to be inside 6-10 yards or it's going wide or over, simple as that.
Defending - no issues, he isn't a defender he's supposed to be LW but at Left Mid he has to come back more often. Wins the ball for me sometimes and his pace is great for Cover if FUTMAS Van Aanholt is too far up the field, he slots straight in running back to cover with the medium/medium work rate.
Passing - Another weird one...Short passing is great and crossing is great on both feet (Surprising with his 2* WF) but he can't play over the top through balls. Don't know what it is or why but whenever you try and dink it over to a passing player he just shanks it every time and it either goes flying or barely goes anywhere...he sometimes pulls them off but most of the time he spoons it...might just be me but I've had more success on the deck with him. Don't let the 22 assists make you think I'm wrong about his good passing...I just tend to shoot when I'm close enough with him, if I passed I'd probably have 71 assists 22 goals!
Physical - Pretty good all round. 82 Stamina 81 jumping 84 strength. Strength is massively noticeable against full backs because you can hold them off pretty well, this mixed with the high balance is crazy good because he just keeps himself on his feet and never gets pushed over. It won't work against the likes of Van Dijk etc but overall it's solid.
The jumping is great because he wins headers here and there if a ball is hoiked forward, same as the strength though no chance against big boys as he's only 5"10.
The stamina speaks for itself - lasts the full game up and down at left mid with no issues. Can get a little bit dodgy towards the end of extra time depending on tactics (If i'm losing i go aggressive with Constant pressure so they tire quickly) but he's never exhausted.
Even if you don't have a team he fits in, just get one for the bench. Such good value and I feel like so many people are missing out on him as I haven't come up against one yet (in 110 games with Bergwijn!!). He's a game changer.

Pace - It isn't really an issue or a Con but he just doesn't feel as fast as the stat
