As an arsenal fan i love to hate ozil. But real life and fifa are different things.
passing- incredible. will play your grandmother in for a sitter through vidic and ferdinand in their prime.
dribbling- he will not skill run through teams. but he will skip past one or two players and make enough room to play through a killer pass.
stamina- if you do not tell him to relax and conservative interceptions etc he will not last the game. even then you probably want to sub a replacement in at some point.
strength- he is lousy. being fairly tall he can win and score headers. but he can be pushed over by a spring breeze.
shooting- again he can score and will take some fantastic shots. but he will not score you the winner (he will probably assist it though)
MESUT EYEZIL, his stats looks terrible, but i decided to use him as he is my favorite CAM irl.
I was in my 9th WL game 6/3, pretty mad with my old team that was better (on paper) than my new one,
so i decided to give up on making a good team and decided to make a team with players i like, and it was te best decision i've done!
Ended up getting my best WL finish with 20/10, Ozil scored 8 goals and got 15 assists in 21 games, you should definitly try him out with pacey strikers up front.

Pace (i used hunter on him, was surprisingly really fast)
Finishing (principly finessed shots, his timed finishing on his left foot is incredible)
Passing (of course, his passing is insane)
Stamina (you better have a sub for him, gets tired every game at 60-65th minute)
Weak Foot (you already know this, his right foot let him down sometimes but i felt it wasn't bad as i was expecting)
To be honest for his price he is a bargain his passing dribbling and in some cases shooting are all class. he will rack up all the assists that you need and score a few also
He could be a cheap alternative to a De Bruyne obviously with some significantly lower stats. however he is perfect as a no* 10 and for 11,000-15,000 coins he is affordable and his in game contributions should make up for it.

passing is one of the best in the game despite having a low 86 really should have near 88/89 stat vision great

perfect no* 10 (CAM) play him central CAM if using 4,2,3,1 formation (with 3 CAM's)

defending only if played CM or CDM (ALREADY QUITE OBVIOUS NOBODY IS STUPID ENOUGH TO DO THAT) [CM IS OK AS LONG AS HE IS SET TO STAY FORWARD DO NOT RELY ON HIM TO TRACK BACK]
