The complete package

Paulinho doesn't mess about.. simple. He stands out on the pitch and is overlooked so much imo. I've tried Fabinho, Casemiro, Milinkovic Savic, Kondogbia, Fred, Allan etc, and although they are good, they are nowhere near as close to the level of performance Paulinho provides on a consistent basis.

Honestly, you're paying at most 15k for a centre mid that is going to transition defence into attack with ease, score so many goals from corners and constantly pester the opposition!

Firsty, 90 jumping paired with 85 heading accuracy means Paulinho attacking a corner at the front post is game over for all defenders. Keep your Varane's, Van Dijk's and Rio's, Paulinho will jump over them, head the ball in the net and then stare into the eyes of the defender as he's on his way back down. When he jumps, it feels like he is on a trampoline!
Defending, he has the strength and tackling ability to always come out on top if you time your tackles perfectly.
Passing, short and long range passing are not a problem for Pauly.
Shooting, He has scored 25 goals for me so far. Most of them have been corners, but I have also scored two hat tricks with him due to him surging into the box and receiving a pass and powering a shot into the back of the net! I have also scored a few long shots with him.
Dribbling, his ball control is good. He does not turn like a truck and his step over dribbling is very effective.
He is complete as a holding mid and centre mid. Also, for some reason, Paulinho sometimes switches with my right winger (maybe cos of my custom tactics?) but when he's received the ball there, he has been able to put in consistent crosses and dribble his way to cutting inside the pitch.

4 star skills would make him prime icon level
He is unlikely to get a special card as CSL is almost over.. Maybe he can be a part of the Movember promo!?

Amazing Value

As I was in the process of making my squad, i needed a center mid to link to Neymar, so i went and did his sbc, but then i changed my mind about Neymar. however Paulinho is still in my team. he is a fantastic CM and a very good CDM.
