I had de Marcos now for 4 weeks in a row and saw the new card of Carvajal and it looked like a nice upgrade. I went 28-2 with de Marcos last weekend and elite 1 the four weekends before. So I was lucky to snipe Carvajal direct when he came out. Tested him in 15 div 1 rivals games. He got completly exposed here. In division 1 you are constantly up to the best wingers in the game and he simply can't catch up with them. Because of his lenght, he also can't compensate for this lack of pace. For me his stamina was also not enough, I use my full backs quite a lot to be fair. His marking is better than the one of De Marcos and you feel this. But even if he is positioned well inside the box he looses all the headers. So i went back to De Marcos who is also 60k cheaper.

-On the ball he is quite good, especially the passing.

Carvajal review

Given how expensive he is, probably not worth it. Used him in WL next to varane. He is a bit weak on the ball and also off the ball. I would use futmas Arias instead. Feels faster and much stronger on the ball. Carvajals crosses are next level good. Every cross in to the box goes straight to Ibrahimovic flashback. So that is a huge pro.
