Thauvin is one of the best players i've played with on fifa 19. Before i got Thauvin, i did the Pavon and the Salvio SBC's, but i got the feeling that their pace didn't really come to good use and that i missed someone who could do more than run. With the 150K i had i did the Ligue 1 SBC. Once i got him, i only had around 10k-20k to build a team with. With Guilavogui (188cm) and N'zonzi (196cm), i knew i could put Thauvin forward and have him there all game. With a left foot, 4 star skills, 86 pace, 85 shooting and 87 dribbling, it almost seems too easy to cut inside and finesse shot it in the left bin. He's 179cm, but because he has 80 heading accuracy, he still heads alot of the balls he gets.

What. A. Card.

After packing Michael Owen in a pre-order pack I did not really know what to do with the coins. Already had Hazard POTM and decided that I wanted another player with the Finesse shot trait who could cut in from the right and then shoot. And my god, he can shoot. The SBC was incredibly expensive but I overestimated my packluck, as after 20 packs I didnt pack a single board. So, 400k for Florian Thauvin. I was so disappointed...

Different Gravy

Thauvin is truely something else. I've only used him for 12 games, but he has been magnificent in all 12. At CAM, he is consistent with great through balls and link up play, and most importantly, FINESSE LONG SHOTS. Obviously finesse long shots are super OP, but this guy just hits them effortlessly. Surprisingly Good RW

Seems I end up using Thauvin every year as my end game RW, whether it be for lack of good left-footed options or linkability. Anyway, this year is no different and I've been using him ever since I got him in the Ligue 1 guarantee. I've considered switching him out for a more expensive option, but I can't complain with his productivity.
