Lucas Hernandez in my opinion is one of the best CB's in the game, I've been using him since October and it's safe to say I'll only be swapping him for a prime Maldini or Ferdinand.
Pace - It's Filthy. With the way pace works in this game he can catch up to any player instantly even if the attacker gets a headstart.
Dribbling - It's good for a CB. I feel comfortable dribbling out of defence with him to start attacks and his pace also contributes to this.
Shooting - N/A
Defending - Rock solid in the tackle. His 94 aggression and 82 strength with the anchor chem style make it so easy for you to win tackles. Even if he misses his first tackle, he recovers with his pace and tries again. There is a tiny downside with his marking as sometimes when the opponent cuts the ball back, he's stood there ball watching. But that's also an issue with my defending with the fullback.
Passing - Very nice. His passing feels secure and I can driven pass to my forwards and CAM's with ease to start attacks.
Physical - The anchor chem style assists many attributes he lacks in physical. The 94 aggression and 82 strength are vital going into the tackle and bullying players off the ball, don't expect him to bully someone like vieira off the ball though. The 95 jumping is a game changer too. A 6'0 defender with less than 90 jumping is going to lose most headers, but since he has 95 jumping it gives him a fighting chance in aerial battles.
Overall, He's the complete defender besides having a little less in marking than desired. His pace, along with the high agression and decent strength make him feel strong in the tackle. His jumping makes up for his height. He also has very nice short passing making him a good starting point for attacks. I pair him with Varane, who lacks in passing so he adds that balance to my team. A must buy for any team and also, he has awesome links because he's french!
