We're not very far into FIFA 19, but Teixeira is probably going to be one of the most commonly used players this year, especially in starter/budget squads. He's easy to link, cheap, and extremely OP. Teixeira is very fast, especially with a pace-boosting chemistry style, and he feels good on the ball. His base passing stats are solid and he is able to play the ball to a strike partner or midfield runner pretty consistently. If you play a high pressing style, Teixeira is good at chasing down attackers and putting them under pressure; his stamina is certainly enough to last a whole game. When it comes to his shooting, Teixeira is good but not exceptional. He's certainly capable of scoring from both inside and outside the box, but he's not a clinical finisher like some of the elite strikers and does miss a sitter or two from time to time. Generally, however, he's a very tidy player, especially considering he is currently available for discard.
4* Weak Foot
Not Very Strong
I bought Alex Teixeira because he was the perfect player in terms of pace and chemistry in my brazilian team. He quickly began scoring, and after 100 games - he has scored 112 times. This guy is most certainly the best striker under 1k and he can outplay the best cb's in the game. I played with him in fut champs and in division rivals and it seemed like he scored every game. I just gave the ball to him and he scored. USE DEADEYE for perfect shooting!!!
