What a player. Was sceptical about bringing him into my squad at first (had Vardy who wasn't really performing so needed a change) but wow did he prove his worth. I bought King for 40K just before this weeks FUT Champs and so far he hasn't let me down. He is incredibly clinical in front of goal with 22 goals in 23 games and 8 assists while playing as a ST in a 4321 with Martial and POTM Lucas next to him. He honestly feels the fastest out of them all and surprisingly can body off a lot of defenders (if they can catch him). Considering he is only 40k, definitely an EPL ST option for those looking to find a fast, clinical player without spending to big. Great option to move away from Gabriel Jesus, Vardy e.t.c.
-Shooting: His most astounding ability is how he is so clinical from inside the box. Whether its one touch finishes, volleys or finesses he almost always tucks them in past the keeper. Ridiculously clinical.
-Passing: Surprisingly, he lays some very juicy passes to Martial and Lucas and can hold his own when passing to midfielders. Although his passing isn't 'Pirloess', its very good for a striker.
-Strength: He regularly can hold up play against most CB's without too much hassle.
-Heading: (Although corners are OP) He's scored multiple headers from corners and crosses. Not reliable to win headers from goal kicks though.
-Grasping at straws here but struggles to cross if he ventures out wide (instructions to stay central should fix this)
-Doesn't have the best stamina. Games that go into extra time in FUT Champs sometimes result in him lacking energy needed to continue to make runs in behind.
Last weekend league i played really good, but this weekend league started off really bad. I played with Mandzukic (IF) at Striker, but he wasn't doing anything for me anymore, he couldn't hold the ball or give a decent pass, so i dediced to try out IF Joshua King, and he completely changed my way of playing. He's relatively strong imo, has 4* skills which is a bonus for a skiller and he has decent passing. He's a game changer, because he can hold on to the ball, give a decent pass to the wingers or even go on goal all by himself. His shooting is also very good with 86 finishing.
Agility (for a striker)
One of the best solo strikers in the prem imo, he is almost a complete forward when having marksman on him, he is way better than vardy if you ask me
Dribbling (just dribbling)
Agression a bit
Balance and agility
I have never seen a card quite like this one. I first used his base card when I made my 10k premier league squad to start and ever since then he has been my main man playing striker up front. For some reason he always wins those 50/50 challenges that defenders make against him and in-game his passing is much better than the stats say. I have tried Zaha, Lacazette, Aubameyang and Lukaku but none play quite like this beast from Norway.
Passing (For a striker)
Stamina could be better
Being a big fan of EPL i was absolutely happy to get red version of this card for Wl. Oh Myyyy... thought i when i at the first time saw stats of King. This guy has to be my super sub or player of the main squad. He might be better than Lukaku! But no. He isn't. King is a good option for EPL squads. He's got big model of player in the game. He is really strong. That's all. His 89 pace is bullshit. Lacazzete with pace 83 is much faster. Even Lukaku is faster. Maybe for a super sub this guy is fast enough but if u will use him in the main squad u will see that he is too slow for a really good forward. BUT in fifa 19 pace isn't so important so are there another reasons to buy this guy? Probabli finishing. If u will give him a good pass he can ko a goalkeeper with a good powerfull strike. Nevermind how but he will score for u. Is it a good reason to waste 30k for him? I don't think so. In my team he scored only 6 goals in 24 games and it's not because of my skills. The better decision is to buy Arnautovich put hunter on him and be happy)
Skills 4 stars
