So I picked up this card for 99k and what a steal it was! Most people would look at this card and his pace and instantly think 'get that disgusting card off my screen' and pick someone like Ramos or Varane. But I can tell you how wrong they are. Despite not being the quickest, his positioning makes up for it making him not need to run that much! Being a 6'4 player is just a plus, making him good in the air defensively AND offensively. Seriously when its a corner or a long freekick I usually aim it at him and 9/10 times he scores (with a good cross) and if he doesnt he will always put enough power for the keeper to spill it and get the rebound! Overall an amazing card as it is, keeping in mind it can only get better as that is how these UCL cards work

For the last 3 Fifa's I've always went to the typical CBs: This year I've been playing with 2 teams, one of them with Manolas and Koulibaly. These are proper fast CBs so I decided to try another meta and go with a mix Spain/BPL with Pique and Bailly. JESUS!!! First team I face has Jesus and POTM Hazard and my friend says "bye bye". You know what, I didn't notice their speed especially when going down the middle because Pique kind of gets where he should be, it must be so frustrating. On through balls he just locks down attackers and they can't run freely. Like, I was shocked, and now I might try a few other defenders under 70 pace. The best thing is that this card is 100k, and easy Pique will be 90-92 and at that point he will be a Demon CB instead of a Beast CB.

Try it yourself, I know a lot of people say he is too slow, I say "yeah but have you played him?".

All the games were in Rivals DIV 3, I don't play WL.

Right so, I grinded to around 150k and was on the look for a spanish, la liga centre back to link with my red asenjo in goal. I came across this Pique card and Nacho cards. Both were their road to the final versions. I thought pace this year wasn't too much of a drawback for a centre back so decided on getting Pique. Now currently, I actually am in possession of both of these cards and have to say, pique by far has been superior. In my opinion, definitely FUT champ level for you people out there that play it often. Plus, Barcelona could go quite far this year in the champions league so we could see a 91 or 92 Pique in fifa. If you have the coins, just try him and if you do decide you don't like him, you will probably make profit as his card rises so frequently daily.

Before I bought him I was a bit skeptical about his pace.

After using him about 50 matches, he proved me wrong. His tackles, positioning and headers are superb.

Since this year pace is not that important, he would be MUST for end game la liga squads.

When it comes to attack, he is also very good at headers. As you know corners are too overrated this year. If you can cross to his head, its definitely goal. I have scored 14 goals in 50 matches with him.

Additional to this, his long passes are too good. I always try to pass to him before going to attack.

If you can spare some coins, it would be definitely a good choice. Especially if Barça pass Manu today. He will be upgraded to 91.
