FUCKING AMAZING

I packed him in a pack from fut champions. I didnt sell him and i'm very happy because of this. His shoots from left foot are amazing. He can shoot from long distance by right foot. I didn't play better card in my life. In my opinion he is better than Ronaldo. Try by yourself and buy him until he is 1.5mil because he will be at least 2.1 mil.

*Left foot is amazing (right is not that bad)

*Shooting is amazing you can score a goal from 30m.

*With CS hunter he is very fast

*No one can stop him becase of him dribling

So here goes my first review in a long time. I'm mainly doing this because there are no other reviews and to be helpful.

Let me describe my level and playstyle to give a frame of reference, I am terrible/average, division 5, weekend league silver 1 or gold 3. I try to play defensive/possession, not fast break pacey. My favorite Fifa 19 player before this one was Alan Shearer 91.

I use Messi with hunter chem style and my play revolves around trying to feed him the ball. He will often finish the game with 8 shots on goal, my striker and left wing will each have about 1 or 2 shots on goal. I have Messi set to "stay forward", "free roam" and "conservative interceptions" everything else is default.

Pace - Fast, with hunter he seems to outrun most defenders, but will still get caught up if I'm playing someone good. What I noticed most was his acceleration. If i stopped or slowed down and started in a different direction he would just smoke people and confuse them.

Shooting - Prior to purchasing this version I had used his base card at CF in a 4411. With the position change to RW I noticed his shooting was much more easy for me, he was typically already set up to shoot with his dominant left foot. When he was in the 4411 at CF he would always be getting gang banged and then have to shoot from his right. Now don't get me wrong, the shots still went in the goal a lot of the time, but now I don't even have to think about it. His left foot finesse shoots are money every time, from any angle.

Passing - He is a solid passer of the ball, my current squad has a semi-reliable striker, Munir, so I often times will choose to just take the shot with Messi rather than pass. When I do choose to pass it's always spot on.

Dribbling - WOW, this is the key to this guy. As I said, I'm not a skiller, but I feel like one when I use this card on the wing. By simply cutting in and out between defenders, while dribbling, he breaks opponents. If you're in the box, you will probably get fouled, if you don't get fouled you are creating absolute chaos. People panic!!! Slide tackles everywhere and Messi just walks around them or gets destroyed and then gets a penalty kick.

Defence - I have him set to "stay forward" and "free roam" so he usually doesn't help to much. I have noticed that if the opponent is screwing around in his own backfield messi will harass them with his speed and reactions and sometimes catch an interception.

Physicality - He is small, not strong, and ok stamina. I counter this with the in game settings of "stay forward" and "conservative interceptions". With these changes he lasts a full 90mins. When he is central he often times will get bullied off the ball.
