A way better than expected, use him fast before he's gone forever (yeah I had to write this review as fast as possible).
Unfortunately lacking of good cam's, the Bundesliga needed some to improve one to do the trick, and that's EXACTLY what they just did. As I had too many future-sbc players, I needed to get rid of some of them. Fortunately, this abc came outta nowhere to relieve me. The rest is
-He's nothing more than a rocket
-Extremely good dribbling
-Great shot power, at least strong enough for de Gea not to catch his (long)shoots
-Good positioning
-Finesse shoots not too bad, almost always on target
-His strong link with Werner gives both of them a great chemistry
-Obviously physically weak
-Not a great passer when it's not about short passes anymore
-Not the best stamina, but it enough to play 90minutes, especially since he is basically very fast
So basically this geezer is the greatest card i have ever used in my 3 (ish) years of fifa.
I packed Bale back in Fifa 17 and had a God sqaud in 18 so i know good players. No one compares to this FUTMAS Bruma card. Genuinely everything he does ends up into the back of the net!
FINESSE SHOTS - EVERY SINGLE ONE THAT YOU MANAGE TO TIME YELLOW OR BETTER GOES IN AND HALF OF THE TIME YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO TIME
Pace - Just does burn past literally everyone. Press that cute lil triangle button on your controller and send him on his bike past everybody.
Finishing - If you shoot with him inside the box it will 100% go in. Just pop a reasonable amount of power on it and prepare to dab or deadfish your opponent. :)
Dribbling - Brilliant agility and the ball is always at his feet unless you tell him to take a big touch.
Longshits - This shouldn't really be in the cons section coz they aren't half bad but they aren't the greatest.
Stamina - Again not too bad but gets a bit puffed around 70mins into a game.
Passing - Not the best passer and his through balls aren't great but then again, he will be on the end of them not the one delivering them so it doesn't really matter.
Strength - Similar with the rest of these, he isn't that weak. If he is running after a ball he will most likely push that pesky CB out of the way or just flash past them.

I used this Bruma card for five games and had mixed thoughts.

This card is good value for your money, but DO NOT build your team around him. He is a role player, capable of completing key passes and dribbles. His physicality in-game feels much higher than the stats show. The most underrated stat on his card is his 41 interceptions. Three or four times a game, Bruma will come into the edge of the defensive third and make key interceptions. The most overrated stat on his card is 75 finishing. This stat mixed with his 74 composure makes finishing inside the box feel like a coin toss. Twice he missed open goal shots, both flying out of the stadium. My recommendation is to use him as an outside CAM in the 4231 and to add a Deadeye to boost shooting and passing.
Pace: Bruma is one of the fastest players I have used this year, closely resembling the on the ball speed of Messi.
Dribbling: His dribbling is close to Messi's ability as well, but he does have a tendency to lose the ball from heavy touches.
Passing: Extremely underrated, he is capable of making key passes at this stage in fifa.
Shooting: By far the downside of this card. Some games he will shoot once and score, others he will have four shots with all of them being off-target.
Defending: This category is here purely to discourage you from using him at CM or CDM. He can make great intercepting plays at the CAM or CF position.
Physical: Once or twice a game he will body a CB from the ball but I feel like that is due to high balance and agility. Most of the time he gets demolished.
