I work for the NHS in the uk. It's definitely serious. Doctors aren't "Choosing" who they take care of. They take care of anyone and everyone. This is the same in every country not just the UK. Statistically it does only tend to kill people who are over 60 who have comorbidities that affect your cardiovascular or respiratory systems like heart problems, High cholesterol/blood pressure or Asthma. If you're under 60 years old and you still have those things you're just as much at risk as anybody over 60. There's no vaccine yet but the treatment is the same as any respiratory illness would be.
