I agree on skills part, but not with weaker foot. You don't born to be good at your weak foot (unless you're ambidextrous), it takes a lot of practice and that practice doesn't stop till you're about to retire. I can bet you someone like Ronaldo is still training his weaker foot everyday.
In Rashford case i think EA just massively overestimated his wf ability since he joined Man Utd. He hasn't really ever been good at his weaker foot, i mean he has only scored 2 goals out from his 30 goals with his weaker foot. So having 4* wf was a kinda big overestimate. 3* is more fair.
