This 91 POTM Suarez is simply amazing. He can score from anywhere and his dribbling is on point. His passing is good and his strength is really effective. Sprint Speed an issue but not that major I suggest you get Hunter or Catalyst to help increase his pace.

Does not have the Finesse Shot Trait unfortunately
After using his base version till the beginning of the game (I sold him, was around 90 presences and 80 gouals with 60 assists) I try out the IF version as soon I was able to buy it for a reasonable price. I expect his POTM version due his brilliant performance over the month of December IRL but I forget to sell the IF in time and I lost on this card 50k.
Why I bother you with this? Because I want to start from the big cons on this card, that is not the price itself, but the terrible value of the packs you get from the SBC. Basically you pay the untradeable player taking nothing back... but, the only player that got the same stats in game (Lewa TOTGS) got a price that is more than double, so is your decision to have this kind of striker in your team. And I'm a sentimental guy, Suarez was my striker till the first week of FUT 20...
I go straight to him because I tried out his other versions and fits perfectly my style of play. He's NOT a META player, but if you want a classic numer 9 this version of Suarez is a must have: OP shooting, unbeliavable positioning, high stats on passing and last but not least great physical stats. Is a very rare mix and if you got patience you will manage to use this guy not only like a scoring machine but also like a classy player that can work for the team outside the box, holding the ball waiting for midfielder's runs or going wide to help the wingers.
My personal suggestion is to try his IF and then, if you start to understand how he can play, upgrade to the POTM. After playing with both of them I can surely tell you that the 91 version is a 20% stronger version compared with the IF, but again pay attention and avoid totally this card if you want a pacy-agile player.
Complete forward, can score and can score a LOT

This card is special, it really is. It changed my miserable way of looking at Fifa. The way I will never look again. Previously my forwards were only pace'y and shoot'y ones: Ben Yedder, Mbappe, Rashford, Zaha etc. When I was looking at Benzema, Lewandowski or Suarez I was thinking that they are just too slow, too big, too weak. Oh boy, I was so wrong.
This Card is fantastic, that's the first thing I want to clarify - with Hunter - he is quick, he is strong, he position himself really really well, and he shoots, oh boy does he shoot. He shoot to kill, for real, I have conversation rate from his shots at about 70%? Something like that. When he has a ball and he is standing in front of the goal - he will strike dangerously. If it won't come in, it will be so bad for keeper to defend that he for sure won't catch it, so others will be able to roll it into the net.

I played him in 4-2-2-2 next to Mbappe. They really connected with eachother well. I feared that he won't be able to cooperate with Kylian the way David Villa did, but they fortunately found common language. Also Dembele on right wing was assisting a lot to Suarez. Just like Neymar too.
I don't know what else I can say, he really changed my perspective, I recommend it to anyone who thinks that this kind of players are not for him - you will change your mind. El Pistolero not only shoots but pass, a lot. He has as many goals as assists and I play him only in WL and sometimes Rivals.
Really go and do him, he is really cheap when you look at his value and what he gives to your squad.
Also little post scriptum - he is playing really well against 'fresh' players, I usually changed him at 70 minute for David Villa who usually crashed enemy to the ground.

Was unsure weather to do this SBC as i usually need pace up top especially in weekend league. However this card is simply amazing, i struggled at the start with him as his dribbling takes some getting used to. His finishing is the best ive used so far along with CR7, inside and outside the box he is amazing, and for me feels like he has 5* weekfoot.
