As soon as this card came out I got aroused. Despite me having sexual thoughts over a fifa card and that being very worrying I decided that I would seek a sexual therapist later and do this card immediately. Unfortunately, like everyone in FUT, I did not have an MLS team so I had to play this guy on 8 chem. But that did not matter. Ike Opara does not need 10 chem. First game my opponent quit before kick off as he was clearly already intimidated by this absolute beast of a human. Second game showed Opara's true ability. His defending is simply unmatched. He tackles everything and everyone. As the game went on my opponent was actively avoiding confrontation with Opara as he was long balling across to the other side of the pitch whenever Opara got near. But my opponent underestimated Opara's main ability: pace. If there is one thing you must know about Opara its this: you do not run from Opara. He is so strong that he managed to hold off multiple players he wasnt even close to. His sheer power is enough to force gravity to move away from him and push players away in its wake. I will not review his passing as if you are passing you are doing it wrong. Opara does not pass. It is not Gods job to pass on the reigns of controlling the world nor is it Opara's job to leave the game to be decided by another player. Opara will simply run the length of the pitch and slot it home. Enjoy your 30-0 every weekend :)

You dare question Opara's power? He does not know 'cons', only slightly less strong abilities. That ability would be links. But as stated before, Opara does not need 10 chemistry.
FIFA will become boring. You will have too much success too soon. You won't know what to do with yourself. You have not known failure for so long that the slightest mistake in life may send you into a depression that you will never escape. Opara's power is so great that it takes skill to be able to harness its consequences. But you will learn. You must.
Opara review: Grabbed him just for fun to pay tribute to the silver god. Probably only spent 35k total max through bidding on silvers and rare silver pack return. Agility / balance combo makes him play very smooth, with his pace also making him the fastest CB in the game. No speed upgrade needed either, so gladiator makes him more composed, works out his dribbling stats and raises defending. Strength is also not needed to change which is great. I recently changed to a 5 in the back just to see how it felt with attacking wing backs and wow.. him paired with boateng and hernandez is amazing. He rotates into the right position and can jockey all players. His tackles are superb and his strength is unmatchable.

I had no problem financially to get this guy, as i had mostly completed the sbc, so was very happy to get him almost for free. My god what a card. He catches up to literally every striker and CAM in the game. No matter how fast they are, he just comes in and says hello, kicking them away from this universe with ease with his amazing strength. The only problem are the links, but with two icons, or one (in 5 atb) he is a god on 8 chem. Do him if you wanna experience the beast himself and make your defense unbreachable. I use guardian on him btw.

When I first saw this card come out in the MLS league SBC I knew immediately that I had to get my hands on him. Without even looking at his ingame stats he looks like a ridiculous CB, and I was looking to upgrade from Winter Refresh Ake. Let me assure you that you will not regret buying him. After the packs back from the MLS League SBC, the cost will decrease to under 100k. He is like no other CB I've ever used. He feels faster than the pace given to him, and if the opposition striker is in behind he will always catch up. Not only is he the fastest feeling CB I've used, but he has 97 agility (which is boosted up to 99 with guardian). Do not listen to the other reviews that say he feels clunky ingame. Even at a height of 6ft 2inches he turns very easily which is super helpful for changing direction to make a tackle in the box. Another great thing about the card is his passing. With 99 short passing, he never makes bad passes at the back and with 90 long passing he can seend an over the top through ball to the LAM and RAM to get. The only minor problem with this card is the ball control, but for most of the time it does not matter as you will not be using him for dribbling. Even if you can only fit him in on 8 chemistry, he is still worth the money and with stats like he has he is definetly an endgame card, even with all the TOTS cards coming out.

Now, this guy looks like he is the best cb in fifa. Is he really though? In my opinion, he is not. Don't get me wrong, this man is a phenomenal cb partnered with my flashback Luiz but he is not as good as the card looks. Still I do think he is worth about 400/500k because this man is very good. He has the pace to track down attackers that get through your defence but his one on one defending for me is not as good as the card would suggest. He is agile but he does not feel as agile as someone like Cannavaro. I am a div 3/4 player and play champs until gold 3 (14-2 this weekend) and this man is a very solid defender. I would recommend him to anyone who can play him on 8 chem or better but don't expect him to be the very best cb in the game. Another huge bonus from this guy is his passing. In this game, we all know passing is not the best but I barely ever lost possesion due to him.

I had high expectations of this card. He has all the great stats a CB needs besides maybe a three star weak foot. But my god this guy is broken,and i don't mean that in the positive way. He is afraid to make tackles (Essien has this as well), he doesn't block, feels incredibly clunky and he is not fast at all. I honestly do not have anything positive to write about this guy besides that he is 88 rated so he will be nice fodder. STAY AWAY.
