Beast (before shot nerf)

I have been using De Bruyne in 2 different in-game formations : at CAM in a 4-2-3-1 before patch 5 and at LM in a 4-4-2 (2) after patch 5 and I have to warn you : since the shot nerf, the man has been just bang average. I used to play Hazard on the wing with him at CAM and everything was going fine, like other reviews said : huge shots, great dribbling, great passing. Then EA just broke the game with passing and shooting nerf and the man cannot cope. I already sold Hazard because he couldn't score to save his life but the only reason I'm keeping KDB at the moment is because I love the player and hope EA cancels this idiotic nerf. He still is a 91 playmaker in game though so if you are not a mad trickster or agility merchant, the man is decent but I'd say the value for money is gone. You're better off buying Griezmann or Ben Yedder and curve the ball from outside the stadium with this mad OP finesse shot

Will get pushed by sweaty CDMs like sissoko (who doesn't ?)

After patch : shoots wide every single time, passing not OP anymore

Kevin is pure magic

I was on EA Access and played a few drafts. I won the draft at the second attempt and packed Kevin De Bruyne. I created a really decent starter team. Depay, Eder Militao and De Bruyne was the main stars. Played him at CAM in either 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-1-2. The dribbling is so good. The ball is glued to his foot. Left as right. Amazing CAM

I use him as the middle CAM in a 4231 and he's unreal his dribbling, passing, and shooting are amazing. Makes great forward runs and his pace helps a lot cause he surprisingly gets behind the defense a lot.
