Addressing the pace issue first, he is certainly very very slow. It's really noticeable when trying to track back with him on defense, as just about every other player will breeze by him. In the attack, his pace isn't too noticeable, but he's certainly not the player you want to be sprinting down the wing with.
He feels pretty good on the ball, probably thanks to the high ball control and composure. He's really not very clumsy or awkward despite the low agility and balance.
The main positive of this card is the passing - short passing, long balls, through balls, set pieces, one-twos - just like in real life, he can do it all.
With a four star weak foot and solid shooting stats, I expected a little more from him in terms of end product, but the truth is he struggled to get into attacking positions due to the mobility issue.
He doesn't offer much of a physical presence at all. I'd recommend playing him alongside quicker and more mobile midfielders that can cover lots of ground and track back. If you like to keep possession, Parejo could be a decent option as a ball-playing midfielder.
