THE NEW MEMPHIS DEPAY JUST BETTER

I Had been so lucky to play 8 games with this beast. He is the best player i have tried so far in Fifa 20 EA Access. Stats 8 games: 13 goals, 4 assist, record 7-0-1. If u have the coins to try this card, then Buy Buy Buy now, so F*cking good its unreal.

This guy is the real deal

For roughly 55k, this card is an absolute steal. He is also easy to fit into fairly decent teams with the likes of OTW Promes, IF De Jong and IF Bergwijn being released lately. I have used the likes of Rashford, Jesus, Lucas and Mertens already and Malen far outperforms all of these players. His pace, shooting and dribbling are all incredible, his physical is better than most strikers and whilst his passing isnt the best, he still gets many assists.

His pace and dribbling is exceptional, the new dribbling mechanics are especially effective with him. His shooting is also very reliable - he may miss the occasional shot but 9 times out of 10 he will find the back of the net. His physical is suprisingly good, he has scored a few headers despite them being seemingly impossible to score on this fifa.

He can struggle up front on his own. Someone like Bergwijn at CAM to provide combinations and feed off of him makes him play a world better. His passing isn't the best however the positions he usually pops up in do not require him to complete many difficult passes.

Donyell Moeloe

Since I'm Dutch, I wanted to start FIFA 20 with an Eredivisie squad. I had some concepts in mind and Donyell Malen was the only usable option, but he turned out to be so much more.

Donyell Malen certainly hasn't disappointed me. In fact, he is actually astonishing. He's scored 24 goals in 10 games and is by far the best striker I have used in FIFA.

Once you send a through ball he is gone and no one will be able to catch up with him and he will put 9/10 balls in the back of the net. His dribbling is decent because I've boosted that with Marksman chemistry style. Passing is okay at best, but you don't need your striker to give assists; you want them to score. And that is exactly what Malen does. Here are the Pros and Cons about him:

He's incredibly fast. And when I say that, I mean REALLY fast; no one can catch up with him.
His dribbling is very decent. Can turn very quickly and feels smooth on the ball, but he's not as good as e.g. Messi.
Shooting is fine. I boosted it with a Marksman chem style and that seems to work out because his gtg ratio is 2.4 (all played in div rivals.)
Physical is fina too. Not the strongest, but he doesn't need strength since he is very rapid.
Passing is okay. Can pass a ball, but I would recommend you use him to finish instead of assist.
Stamina isn't much of an issue, can run for the full 90 min

Defending isn't great but you really don't need your striker to defend.
Is not really tall and isn't much of a high jumper as well, so he won't win any headers for you.
Some might say his finishing/composure, which I can relate to. He can score balls from very weird angles but sometimes misses a sitter.
Can get caught offside sometimes because he is too quick.

The perfect staring striker

Got lucky and packed him in one of my preorder packs and he's definitely one of the best cards I've used so far. Played him in a 4-3-3 with Promes and Bergjwin and he was an absolute monster, scoring 13 in my first 5 games. His pace is unrivaled and his dribbling is also quality which pairs well with his 4 stars wf. One thing I noticed though is how inconsistent his shooting is. Idk what it is maybe its his composure but his shots are either perfect or incredibly weak or hitting the post which happens to me pretty much every single game when using him. His 3 stars wf doesnt help either Crosses and headers are useless now but he didnt win any headers for me either so theres that. He also kinda fell off a bit when I switched to 4-1-2-1-2 narrow and Promes stole the show completely. For his value though he's 1000% worth it and I'd highly recommend getting him.

Malen the Maestro

I was looking for a cheap-ish striker for my Eredivisie team, and this guy had pace and a decent shot, so I thought i'd try him, and holy damn he is good. The perfect player for someone who needs a quick, fairly cheap striker.
