i got polenta in a season pack and he is amazing, he has a lot of key stats that allow you to defend so much better

-strength

-pace ( he is to fast)

-defence

-weak foot ( he can lose a lot of passes with the right leg)

-very bad links with other players

BEST CB IN THE GAME
By chaleur, 27-06-2020

I have played FB Boateng, PIM Nesta, TOTS Henderson, FB 90 Militao and PIM Puyol. This guys reigns supreme by miles. I had over 500 games on him and he never puts a foot wrong. He bullies attackers off the ball like nothing. One important thing to note is that u need to play him on 10 chem with a shadow to feel the true OPness of this card.

Perfect defending

Jockeying feels fantastic

Bullies attackers

Atrocious links

Possibly the best CB under 100k
By KalebC21, 01-04-2020

I have a team with an Icon at RB, LB,CDM, and GK so naturally I'm looking for a very solid CB duo. Now I don't have endless coins just like most players of this game so I was trying to see if there was a CB duo that was affordable and could do the job in the weekend league. I found that duo with this card and Osio (I have a similar review on his page). their combined cost at my time of purchase was 62k (this card at 49k and Osio at 13k). I would put this duo up there with almost any in the game. for this card specifically, he's a very well rounded CB and he's got a style similar to Varane, Ramos, etc. where he is a much more mobile than most at the position. He's all over the place on defense when it comes to cutting passing lanes and obviously he's very strong as well with a maxed strength stat (though for some reason Osio seemed the stronger of the duo with a slightly lower strength stat, possibly because he's got a bulkier frame in game and is 3 inches taller which is pretty significant). if I were to compare this card to any player he's a stronger, but slightly slower version of Headliners Varane (yes he is that good). This card and Osio combined is the best duo for under 100k in my opinion and if you're in the same position as me where you can manage to link these two and are looking for a top tier CB duo that can compete with the best in the WL while cutting corners and having some more coins for better attackers, This card and Osio are the best options in the game. (Side note if you are only looking for one of the two between Osio and Polenta I would recommend Polenta if his partner has low or medium attacking workrate and Osio if his partner's attacking workrate is high)

Defending

Strength

Pace

Heading is solid but not top tier

Passing and Dribbling for a CB are very good as well

Shooting (who cares)

At 7(8) chem not as good as he seems.
By Mikecarlo, 22-03-2020

His pace doesn't feel as great as it should be. He feels a bit bulky but overall a really good defender for the price.

Good passing and composure, he is very good at passing the ball in a high pressure situation. He feels solid and ok on the ball. Defending is very good

Pace isn't as good as it looks, he feels more like a 75-80 pace def including the chem style anker or shadow. And when on the ball he feels a bit bulky, but as a cb that's ok.
