90k more than his better rulebreaker? am i missing something??

"Better" is debateble. Compare this card with a finisher to the rulebreaker with hunter. This cards dribbling will feel alot better, shooting will be pretty much the same and I personally feel like basecard stat 94 pace feels faster ingame than 86 with hunter. Never really felt an insane pace boost with Hunter. I think it might depend on your playstyle aswell. I´d definetely have this one over the rulebreaker.
