When you are a star like Maradona, you need to be sourrounded by very, very good and serious people. This was not the case. Also his family left him back. He was alone, with the incorrect persons. And when you are in that situation, you usually get the wrong way. In his situation, everybody would have finished living like him (addictions, mental disseases, etc). Maradona was not lucky, Maradona did not have anyone to help him, until it was too late. His life was very difficult. I am not taking out his responsability, i am just putting everything into context. Now football has improved, it is not as it was 50 years ago. But it is too late. We lost the legend. We have to remembered him as the footballer we saw on the pitch, and we have to regret him being the same in his daily life. Still, he was and will be the best footballer in history (in my opinion). He carried in his shoulder every team in which he played in. Thank you for the memories. You gave as an important lesson.
