Hi, this is a review for the best player I tried yet on this fifa. He is a beast I love him, he scores goals, he assists, he wins every ball, he is never tired. He does everything well. I play him at striker on the 4-2-3-1 and he scores a lot of goals. He is the best player I tried at kicking Finnese shots from outside the box , he scores a lot. Hes got great headers too.
His 81IF was gold for me, had over 150 games with him so i knew i would get his new card. i picked him up for 77k and just played my first weekend league and i'm not that great a player but he was an absolute beast. with finisher he is a 91 ST in game and it definitely feels like it or very close. his pace, strength and shooting is insane and he gets past all the top defenders quite well. for the price he is now, 75k and probs will drop he is so worth all of the coins. he is always in the right spot and really is a complete forward and suits my formation really well as a lone striker
Hello, Watkins looks like a really good card but Bruno Fernandes didn’t convince me and De Bruyne is good, but I like more players with pace, so I saw this card but I have Werner so it really didn’t help me. But I saw that he had a nice vision and good finishing so he didn’t need a lot, so I tried putting him an engine and it worked really well for me at CAM, he also has really good stamina so he doesn’t get tired, with engine he has 89 vision and 92 dribbling so he makes good passes and dribbles amazing, the only problem were sometimes long passes

Don't let him have too many touches in the box. Don't expect him to beat a man off a dribble. Don't expect him to play a defense splitting pass. He does the easy things. Put ball in goal and pass to the open man. If you keep these things in his mind and don't try to play him like the meta (eight skill moves in a row in the box), then he's your guy. In fact, I'd say he's probably one of the best strikers for players who don't perform a lot of skill moves. Deliver it to him in the box or with a through ball and watch Ollie do his thing. Good in the air, scores many an impossible looking goal, and decent enough with a 4* left foot as long as you're not trying to finesse it to the top corner. His attack positioning is excellent and is always there when you need him in the box. He is not a player that goes missing.
This all comes with a caveat though.
He will frustrate you at the most inopportune times. He will miss sitters (70 composure). He will lose a shoulder to shoulder that you really need (as aggressive as the Queen). He will dumbfoundedly play a pass that makes no sense at all (general passing stats).
But he will score you goals. That's what it says on the tin after all.
Only just started using him but he is amazing, consistent, and never fails to impress. Whenever you are in the box you can comfortably say it’s going in! (i’m a div 4 player) i also used a marksman
After getting Watkins in my red picks, I decided to swap him for Bobby Firmino in my squad and not look back, and it has been one of the biggest improvements of the game for me so far. After running him in the most recent weekend league (In which he got me 20+ goals) I've seen some habits of this card. 3* skills aren't fantastic, but if you pair him up top with a skiller(Ex. Rashford, Jesus, Auba, Firmino) then you can really get the most out of him in your offense. My only real critique is that very occasionally he misses shots due to low composure, but not nearly enough to make this card not an absolute steal. Watkins is also a huge areal threat, with CR7 levels of heading. If he fits your team, 100% try him out!!
Got this man from Gold Upgrade pack. He replaced Gabriel Jesus in my squad to be crucial to my team when I was climbing to the 1st div. He is a great threat in the corner kicks due his strong aerial presence. Also he is quick and strong enough to overpass defenders. He leaves his mark in every match being able to assist or score.a.
Everything you could ever want in a striker, Tall, Pacey, Physical and decent on the ball. His passing lets him down a bit but I have him on get in behind and he's fine playing the short easy balls so I don't mind. I chose him over base Werner and I don't regret that decision averaging over a goal a game.

Sooooo.. The biggest problem with this card i faced were the inconsistencies. At times he felt like a bleeding pro player, other times he felt like Castro trying to act.

Good shooting, vant argue there. But he CANNOT MAKE A RUN for his life, dont let the 91 positioning fool you, he stands around the pitch or when he does make, veers completely to the flanks rather than staying central (trust me He's on stay central, i've checked so many time it's involved in my brain more than my gf, not that i make out with the card ofc) But to cover up the last line, lets talk about his finishing; pretty good but imo, someone who makes these runs like Martial is worth it from the same price.

DRIBBLING- 82
The biggest fraud. No other words. Those stats do not reflect what ahppens. He is good only and only for tap ins or straight shots, no l2+R2 over here.
So thats it guys. I would definitely recommend him as an alternative to Werner, but if you want someone better than both, go for Martial. I know im gonna get downvoted for this but it's not my place to make the card rosy and good, its to tell y'all the truth. Plus i've given my reasons for it as well.
