Today EA put more card of RTTF and this card looked very good, maybe not as good as Hazard but he is like 1 million less and is an absolute beast. His price is a little high but I think that it’s because it’s Fut Champions, so everyone are buying this cards for using them there. I think that after Fut Champions his price will go down. First of all I have to say that I use him a as ST, because with finisher he has 99 finishing, He doesn’t really need lot of pace and has 99 dribbling with finisher. He also has decent passes for a Striker and has 4* wf. For me the only cons of this card are that he has 3* skills and his work rates

I used this guy at the start of the year and he was sensational. normally i don't write reviews but i wanted to tell you guys how insane he is with a finisher chem style. i used him in a 4231 with Fati POTM ST talisca CAM Felipe anderson LAM and Portu RAM and he was really good he made those diagonal runs so he had much space to run and finish. his dribbeling isn't that high but the finisher chem style helps this so good and it felt like 90+ dribbeling. He also is very strong on the ball and sometimes muscled out players like ferland mendy. I am in div 3 almost div 2 and he just made my team much better. sorry for my bad english btw. but if i was you i would buy him and give him a try.

Coming up against Varane and Gomez every game? BUY THIS CARD. I packed this card in the 50k pack from the daily SBC on Saturday. Was about to buy the card as well so I was very happy packing him. Whacked him up top on 7 chem and honestly he is my favourite card on the whole game. He is so fun to use he feels like his pace is maxed out. Played my second half of weekend league with him up front and he scored 16 goals and in 7 games with 6 assists on the way. He sprints past everyone and he literally scores every single finesse shot he is unbelievable. I cannot recommend this card enough.

At the start of Fifa 21 I decided to go with a LaLiga team. One of my first additions to the team was his normal card and let me tell you - he has been the most enjoyable card for me by far. At the start I was not that impressed though, and that was because I played him on the wing in a 4-3-3 flat. Then I changed the formation to 4-1-2-1-2 narrow and played him as a left striker together with the Williams rulebreaker card. It was then that Portu started really excelling. He is truly an exceptional striker and hm and Williams go really well together as Williams can hold up the play very well. I was simply amazed by how reliable he was at shooting, with the Finisher chem. style at least. He finished everything, be it form outside the box or just simple tap ins.It was a bit later after his RTTF card released that I decided to get the special version of him and let me tell you, I was not let down once again. Arguably the only thing he is missing, at least for me, is 4* skills. I also want to mention that at one point I replaced Portu with Messi, but I genuinely liked Portu so much more as a striker that I brought him back.
I want to include my stats with both his normal card and his special one, so here they are.
Normal card - 340 games played, 228 goals scored, 205 assists
RTTF - 31 games played, 33 goals, 18 assists
Pace - He is actually incredibly fast without even enhancing it with a chemistry style.
Shooting - He has venom in his foot. His shots are so powerful and he can even smash it comfortably from outside the box.
Dribbling - With a Finisher chemistry style I definitely thought his dribbling was really good, however, I would not say it is top tier.
Physical - Lasts comfortably the whole match and even extra time. Strenght is surprisingly also really good for his height.
Aggression - He just fights for the ball and really puts a heart into the team, true fighter
4* weak foot - Even though it is not 5* I would say it is still really good. Did not have a problem with it.
Passing - I did not really notice him ever being insane at passing, but he is reliable in this department.
Defending - Once again, surprisingly, his defending is better than one would think, it is by no means incredible, put it does allow me to play him as an attacking CM in a 4-1-2-1-2 narrow if I really need him to.
3* skill moves - I would say this is the only reason keeping him from being the best right-winger in the game.
Height, Heading - He is tiny, and because I played him as a striker, it was a little bit of a con for me, but it was honestly not that major.
Free Kicks - Tried it once with him, never again. just does not have the ability.
Now if you've read the title you're probably thinking that this is going to be a positive review, but let me tell you something by being similar to Giggs i mean that Portu is as useless as Giggs in fut2`. He's got good pace but not enough agility and balance for him to be able to play as a winger, his 3* SM is A HUGE DISASTER because he simply can't dribble past good defenders. his shot power and finishing is ok for the price and he usually makes good runs. But if you have the coins to get messi or okocha or anyone else who you can link with in your team i'd advise you to stay away from this card. I've used him as a RW,ST,LW and I still haven't found a way to fit him in the team because i have him untradeable. The last thing i wanna say is that if you run with 2 forwards in attack(4-4-2,4-2-2-2,4-1-2-1-2) you could maybe use him as a get in behind striker with a target man but other that that in my opinion this card is above average at best.
