Where do I start with this card. The moment it came out as an sbc I knew that I had to complete it. He fit my team, and I was looking to upgrade my cb next to Varane, inform Kounde. He isn't insanely expensive, costing around 200k, and I had to spend a bit extra to complete him. He went straight into my team, and I started to play some weekend league games with him, and he was an absolute monster in defense. Nothing got past him, not even Mbappe. Standing at a massive 6'3 he was also towering above everyone in corners. If your looking for a french center back in your team and change things up in your defense this is who you should get. It expires in a week, so you should complete this fast.

I must say, this is BY FAR the BEST CB AT THIS PRICE RANGE! this guy offers absolutely everything from height to positioning to links to pace. Todibo is a 6 foot 3 mammoth that obtains the same long legs you'd find on a don from liverpool named Virgil. Meanwhile if you slap a shadow on him he turns into usain bolt, even if you played different chem styles on him, i have no doubt he would be insane. Keeping in mind this card is 200k is obscene and then you go onto who he links to. the todibo mbappe link will probably becomee one of the most overused pairings we will see this year... The only real downfall of this card is his 2 star weak foot which tbh i didnt notice at all but it is definitely something to be weary of. Hey guys and today I'll review Jean-Clair Todibo's Future Stars and tell you if he's worth it or not. So, I know, we all wanted Fofana, but this guy is nice too! He's good to link (Atal RTTF, Icons like Desailly, Blanc), and he has 4* Skills! I know it's not that important as a centreback to have skills, but it's nice to have.
So, let's start with his pace. He has 80 pace which is really fast for a CB and you can really feel that ingame. I played Boateng Moments and he didn't feel as fast as Todibo because of his acceleration. He can outrun the usual strikers like Rashford, Mbappe, and so on.
Another good thing about this card is the passing. He has 87 short passes and 80 long passes and that is really important. I played Varane, Gomez and I even still play Desailly because he is a BEAST, but none of them could pass like Todibo.
The best thing about this card is the dribbling. As I mentioned before, he has 4* SM, which isn't that important for a CB, but in some situations, you can save yourself by doing a La Croqueta or a Berbatov-Spin. I love his agility, it makes his defending feel smoother, and he is just good on the ball.
His defending is really good too, I don't have to say anything about that, he just makes it as good as other meta defenders, same goes for his physicality. He has the strength, aggression, jumping and height a good CB needs.
So, overall he is a really good defender, he is better than Warane, but sadly he is a bit overpriced. If you can fit him in your squad, go for him, otherwise skip.

first thing's first: DONT TRY AND DRIBBLE ROUND MBAPPE WITH HIM. he will slip and fall and your van der sar will make a pathetic attempt to save the ball whilst mbappe punts it into the back of the net like it's the Jeff Bezos baby. With just hours to go before this SBC expires I want to let the 3 people who will see this aware of his major problem- 77 balance. don't be daft. just use him like a CB.

Perfect player! I play him on 7 chem but he is still so good! He runs so fast with a shadow! He's defending is just spectacular! He plays like prime maldini!

Here I go, My first review so... Hope it helps.
Although I saw a few bad comments about Todibo, He fit my team and I wanted to upgrade my LCB position and replace normal Klostermann. (Also got IF Maignan who is insane too)
I did this card mostly using players in my club, A few I had to buy but wasn't expensive players at all.
I've used him for around 3 games now (I know it's not alot) but damn, HE IS GOOD.
He wins so much, his tackling is incredible and his pace to get back and catch his man is great. his passing is also very nice, he feels so smooth on the ball and with the skill moves to ball roll into a better position... You can then move up the field so easily. He doesn't feel like a walking fridge either, feels very agile which everyone loves in a defender.
Him at the back with Varane/Mendy would surely break some controllers or make your opponent very angry. He is like a wall...With legs.
I know you may think, "But I can Just get Varane for around 100k"! Yes you can, But Jean-Clair Todibo is just something different, Nice card design and not like every other person who plays bloody FIFA.
(Ignore the bad comments about him, He is a great card and if you have the fodder... Do it).

I swapped this guy for Kimpembe when came out, originally i was a bit skeptical as he was untradeable and there was no reviews yet, but when i tell you he meets all the requirements of a high quality centre back, i'm not exaggerating.

Well, there are a lot of reviews of this guy yet, but i wantred to express the love i have for this card. I sacrificed a lot of fodders for him because i wanted to tried a new CB and he fitted perfectly on my team. After 42 matches with Todibo i can say, for sure, he is one of the best non-icon CB. He´s fast af, even more than Varane, who is paired with Todibo in my team. Todibo felts so agile in comparisson with Varane, even though they´re both tall, and thats his main virtue and why he is so special, i guess there´s no other CB that is nearly 2m tall. Another thing i like about this card is headers. I have CR7, Varane, and i tried other tall players with good headers but Todibo, he is definitely from another planet, he has the perfect balance between power and precision. If u are still on time to do him u MUST TO, i have no regrets, he´s awesome.

I made a review on fofana at the same time as this todibo and they are a fantastic duo. But this guy is the star. His defending is insane and is way better than any other cb i've used. He's good to compare with varane and fofana because they're both also 6'3 and M/H and wow this guy outshines them both without a shadow of a doubt.
Everything defensive but maybe the pace could be 2 higher to anyone who dislikes this card because he is "too slow"... Dribbling is nice and i guess 4* sm exists...
Jumping could be higher but im really stretching
