I wasn't a big fan of prime Dalglish but I decided to try this prime moment Dalglish and he suprised me !
Pace : he is too fast man ! He can outpace every defender on this game even varane. His acceleration is like brutal a bit like Messi. For me his pace feel more like a 95
Shooting: probably one of the best shooting i tried this year, he can finish the impossible, he miss rarely most of the time its in the back of the net. The shot power is really noticable and also better than the prime. Finess shot are broken. Feel like a 97 shooting.
Passing: his short passing is good but his long passing is really weird sometime its good and sometime its bad. However his passing is not as excellent as Messi 95 for exemple. Feel like a 80 passing.
Dribbling: brilliant absolutely brilliant one of the best pro of this card. His left stick drible is crazy with 5 stars sm this card dribbling would been just one of the best in the game . Feel like a big 95 dribbling.
Defending: not necessary
physical: his physical is good not extraordinary but good enough. This card fight for the badge. His stamina his great. Feel like a 78 physical.
Overall in my opinion this card worth every penny. One of the best striker i used. He has everything.

You may have read the title and thought I'm already chatting shit, but I'm not kidding at all. I got 96 R9 from the icon player pick SBC, so I truly can compare him and King Kenny. The only noticeable differences are that R9 is stronger and has 5 star skills. Otherwise, they are almost carbon copies. That makes Kenny one of the best value SBCs right now. You will never need to replace this man even through TOTS, so if you have the means and the will to complete him, I recommend it! Partnering him along R9 helped me to reach my first Elite rank all year. I almost forgot to mention, Kenny has 88 stamina (7 more stamina than Prime R9) which can be a true game changer, especially in drawn out games. (Note: I used Engine for all my games with him)
Pace - Perfect for those long through balls from deep midfield towards goal. With proper timing, and if your opponent doesn't track the run, you will outpace the defender with Kenny.
Shooting - Clearly he is a two footed player, which opens so many opportunities for your offense. It may take a minute for you to adjust to his shot power, as his shots tend to go quite high.
Dribbling - Feels as smooth as Neymar and R9 with engine.
Hair - Flows nicely during cutscenes
4 star skills - This should be enough for most players, especially ones who make good use of the croqueta and roulette. However, elasticos and skill move cancels will not be at your disposal.
Strength - Kenny is not meant to be a powerhouse, so you should not be trying to out-muscle defenders with him. This is one thing that keeps him slightly less effective than R9.
King kenny dalglish, he is insane, he is everything you could want in a meta st. Perfect wf, perfect shooting, near perfect pace and dribbling. Strong but not so strong that he's not meta so just the right amount to make him balanced. Only big issues are playing him on the wings, so no crossing and long passing and his links. Just play this guy st with a target man like cr7 and that is the perfect front 2.

I completed his SBC because I was done with the Icon packs and I wanted an superb icon, and the best decision I've done this year, he's sooooooo good. His shooting is out of this world, unstoppable, this card stats lie a lot, also the 5 WF is great. His pace ain't 92, more like 97 and dribbling more of the same, last year a did not use him due to the 3 SM, but this year for me he is a beast. Physically, he isn't very strong but for a striker is not week, his stamina his so good, and passing his okey, easy passes, don't try any passes of the likes of KDB or messi cause he won't complete them. Overall a fantastic, if you have the fodder go on, seems expensive, but is worth every single card submitted.

The price
at the time of writing, this card is worth 1.7 million on the market, and only 1 million or just under for the sbc. i wouldn't buy this card for 1.7 million, but if you have some fodder, this is an incredible value sbc.
i used him with engine in a 3-5-2 as a striker alongside neymar. they seem very similar except neymar feels faster, has better passing, and has 5* skills, but dalglish has better shooting.
pace: pretty good. not toty davies or toty mbappe level, but very decent.
shooting: would give this a 9.5 if i could, but i chose to give him a 9 instead of a 10 because he hasn't scored every single shot, so i can't give him a perfect rating. i'm sure with a hawk he'd be a 10 with shooting, but it is still fantastic
dribbling: mostly excellent
stamina: 89 stamina is big boost as it means you won't have to sub him off within 90 or probably 120.
dribbling: however, occasionally he takes some accented/heavy/slow touches when turning, although this is probably due to the gameplay. it is still mostly excellent.
passing: isn't bad but sometimes he overhits or misplaces some through balls. not excellent, not bad.
I dont regularly play FUT and i got him in the 92+ Moments PP. For most people getting him in August won't mean much but he was only my third icon.
His shooting in the box is ridiculously good. For someone like me who only converts 3 out of 5 chances, he increase the margin to 4 or 5 at times. (Inside the box)
Also, best part is when i take the corners and if he's outside the box he will most certainly score outside the box finesse and no keeper in this damn game can stop that.
His composure and shooting power feels quite nice. Passing isn't the best so don't expect him to be the best in the opponent's half.
He wont cost much even if you buy him now. He's worth it.
I had similar experience with Stoichkov in Fifa20.

- Not the fastest players out there (I don't really mind that)
Did his SBC and i must say i dont regret it. He is absolutely mental and scores for fun. His pace is great aswell as his shooting his dribbling is out of this world and his passing is decent.

OMG KING KENNY! This guy is the absolute bee's knees. The way he glides past defenders, his 5* weak foot and the power on the shots makes him the best for me. I play him up front with TOTS Benzema and its a devastating combo. Kenny plays on the left because his left foot absolutely destroys keepers and i don't think people realize just how good he is. He is a big reason why this weeks weekend league has got me a PB. His finesse shots can be up an down, passing sometimes too but its never a massive problem.

This story starts all the way back in November of 2020. Mid King Kenny was my first icon I've ever packed- and I could instantly feel that he was a special card. I was scoring 2+ goals a game with him as my front and center striker, and he was the true MVP for the first half of my season. Shooting, dribbling, the weak foot were on full display, and after playing 150 games with him, it was clear he was simply one of the more special players in Fifa 21. It was a cold, dark day in December when I sold him just before Prime Icons entered the game. I swore that someday, when the time was right, I'd bring him back to lead the squad once again.
I was overjoyed when I saw this PIM version as an SBC. I was gutted when the cost was just under 2 mil. Aside from rinsing my squad, I just wasn't in a place to complete him. So I waited, and TOTS delivered. Down, down, down the price went to the 1.2ish it's at now.
I've been saving my fodder and when I picked up a cheeky TOTS Navas from my last ligue une premium pack and just knew, IT WAS TIME FOR THE KING TO COME HOME!!
Now that you have the backstory... Aside from PIM Maradona, R9, and Pele, I have yet to find an icon card that consistently delivers this much Fifa magic. If you're exclusively a skiller, you'll probably want to look elsewhere. If you're any other type of player and can complete this card and are in need of a premium attacker, I'd strongly consider him
THE SKINNY:
- This man's shooting is absolutely foolish. For me the 5* WF/OTF shot trait is one of the most lethal combos in the game, and this guy has got it, in addition to a very real hidden finesse shot trait.
- His attacking positioning/AI is fantastic. I find that no matter what instructions I put on, many "elite" strikers hang out in no mans land or make the same predictable runs. But Kenny... Kenny has completely changed my style of play because of how active he is in the final third of the pitch. To quote Willy Wonka: "He can go sideways and slantways and longways and backways. Frontways and Squareways.. and any other ways that you can think of."
- The lack of physicality and aggression can be noticeable, but can be mitigated with a HAWK chem style. You'll be tempted by using Engine, but if you're playing him up top in a central ST position, I believe that HAWK is the right move.
- I'd play him alongside a big, physical striker for the most enjoyable experience (I'm using TOTS Lukaku atm)
- Icon Luck - Obviously this isn't a proven thing, but I think we all know it's real. It doesn't exist with all icons, but it does exist with some. Kenny has scored goals in the 12 games I've played with him that have absolutely blown my mind. There's no statistical breakdown with this card that makes him seem this OP, but he plays well above his stats and for the sake of this review, I'm attributing it to Icon Luck.
The Headline: THE ONE KING TO RULE THEM ALL.
King Kenny is a crafty striker with overwhelming shooting abilities. His dribbling is great, his short passing is great, and most importantly, his haircut is great.
SHOOTING - My goodness. This man sends lasers into the back of the net.
DRIBBLING - He scoots around defenders, and for me, the 4* skills is more than enough.
SHORT PASSING - He plays so well with others around the net.
WEAK FOOT - Arguably the most OP aspect of the card. With his shooting stats, this might as well be 6*.
COMPOSURE/AGILITY/BALANCE - All combine to create one of the more clinical finishers in the game.
POSITIONING - Balanced instructions will lead to completely unique runs that will get you goals.
PACE - Not the fastest striker in the world, but with HAWK the 98/96 split is top tier.
PHYSICALS -Our Short King isn't bullying anyone off the ball.
LONG PASSING - this shouldn't be a major issue if you play him at ST, but it does limit you to playing him there.
COST- Because of my bench/fodder, I was able to complete him. Is he worth giving up some Super Subs? Yes. Is he worth rebuilding your team? At this point in the year, no.
Ok So I was lucky enough to pack a 93 prime icon moments Kenny Dalglish from the icon moments pack in icon swaps . I was very happy with that and fit him into my team and used him at striker . S o here are the ratings for his stats:-
Pace:- 9.1/10( he is fast but at this stage of the game some cb's just catch him but still quite fast)
Shot:- 10/10( One of the most clinical finishers ever on this game , and plus that five star weak foot is just needs to be a 10/10)
Pass:- 8.0/10( His passing is ok in normal scenarios , but in through balls and overtop ball , he can't do it )
Drib:- 9.4/10 ( Very calm and composed way of dribbling , also keeps the ball close to his feet )
Def:- NA/NA( not necessary as he is not a defender)
Phy:- 8.4/10( Kind of gets tired , and does not last for the whole 90 minutes , but lasts for 80 min and does not get pushed away by defenders often)
