With pain i managed to reach silver I after i didnt have the motivation to play weekend league. Lucky enough, i pp him. I used him in division rivals, im in division 4. I benched him but brought him in directly. I played 4 games with him and i can tell you that he is the new Kent. Unbelievable fast with an good shot, amazing dribbeling, great heading and he is also very strong. If Mendy wants to set him off the ball he used his strength so Mendy cant get the ball and with the 98 pace you'll never overtake him unless you have someone called Varane. Only problem is his passing and his 2* wf and maybe his low composure and the fact that if you wll use him in your team he doesnt have good links but he is an amazing subersub. Can't wait for his tots!
Team:
GK - Lloris
RB - Rb cuadrado
LCB- TOTGS Hernandez
RCB- PIM Puyol
LB- Freeze Adama
LCDM- Headliner Goretzka
RCDM - Prime Keane
Rm- IF Wamangituka
Cam- Totgs Rashford
Lm- PM Dybala
ST- Red IF Ronaldo
SS:
RB Sancho- Dybala
Amazing pace
Good shooting
87 dribbeling with 99 agility
83 strength
Body type, you get him off the ball and thanks to his dribbeling his body type doesnt make him worse in dribbeling.
Everything I said about his Silver card months ago still stands, EXEPT HES BETTER... If you go back to my old review on his regular silver card, the first thing I said was "Remember the name"... This card is actually soo good, hes sooooooooo fast, he can shot, with both feet, despite the 2* WF it plays like 4*, passing is ok, far passes might not be perfect, but they're good enough most times...
If you want, theres the same vid as before, be aware, it is loud, however, its still relevant...
So I got him from my red picks this week and at first, I wasn't a fan. Then I started weekend League got this man so sub minutes so far 5 goas in 2 games playing around 30 min per game.
There is something definitely strange here. I haven't felt this sensation for so much time, and maybe, we can say that 82 Wamangituka might probably be the best resemblance of what an OP, sweaty, hateful, mercilessly striker was back in the golden age of FIFA Ultimate Team. If you have played the old FIFAs and now you are trying out this card, you would probably have felt some rapid, instant flashback memories of what it was not only to play with those players, but to see them scoring against you. He is fast, he is lucky, he fights, he is a pain in the ass. I don't even know how to dribble, and he still manages to be so neat to use.
Even though his dribbling feels weird, he is very agile and once he gets his pace, there's very much nothing you can do about it. The great thing is that you can use this player in so many different ways, and as I said, even if you're not able to exploit his 5* skill moves, you can still have so much fun and tear down opponents. Yes, you can list passing and longshots as cons, but I feel like everything else just outperform the bad aspects of this player.
82 Wamangituka is a very simple striker, and behind that 82 rating, there probably lies the best (and worst) falsity. You know those bounces that players like R9 and Emmbappè gets people raging every weekend? Not gonna say Wamangituka does the same, but he just has some kind of magical trait that makes him so volatile and lucky but also extremely smart, as his positioning is so, so, so great. It really feels like he always is in the perfect place at the perfect time. His M/M workrates don't even matter. Even on 6 chem he is the reaper you don't want to face.
I was able to beat players with +2200 skill rating as he was scoring 3, 4, 5 goals per game, and I usually don't even go behind 2000. Actually, I just got 2007 for the first time ever playing these 8 games with Wamangituka, and scoring 25 goals. I really could not believe what was happening.
Obviously, use him as a striker.
Best positioning I have ever seen
Finishing is class
Very, very fast
Heading is good and can get easily past fullbacks
Longshots but I wouldn't even consider that as a con
For pretty much the whole of FIFA 21 I've been struggling with a Right Winger. Using a mainly Bundesliga team (Especially with the FUT Freeze Gnabry at CAM) I could not for the life of me find a good RW to use that would fit in the team. But I think I've found it, obviously in Wamangituka. I used him at LW for 10 games, 5 with a Deadeye and 5 with a Marksman.
I can comfortably say that he is more than worth the 70k he currently goes for, that is if you have a Bundesliga team. He's not the kind of player you will be making big team changes for. If you need a Bundesliga RW then you should go for him. If you're wanting a winger or CAM then use a deadeye, but he'd be even deadlier at ST with a Marksman if that's what your team needs.
Pace: 10/10 - Nothing much to say. 99 Pace, cannot knock it
Shooting 8/10 - No unreal goals but he scores the chances he's given with ease
Passing 7/10 - Poor without a passing upgrade, but a deadeye sorts that out.
Dribbling: 8/10 - can feel clunky without a dribbling upgrade but still hardly seems to lose the ball.
Physical: 8/10 - Above average as it is, with the Marksman he is untouchable
2* 5*: 2 Star weak foot is obviously terrible, but this won't be an issue as long as you focus on using his right foot / 5 Star skills is always useful to be there, but is irrelevant if you aren't much of a skiller.
