i'm using the inform, stats are close enough that you are basically trading physical for passing (and the agility boost)

The rulebreakers is better on the ball as you'd expect but the inform is better in ball recovery. id suggest as a pure DM or even a CB the inform is actually better but if you want to have him contribute in the attack then the RB is really good. For the 70K coin difference, can you get WW Spinazzola? He is 50k cheaper than Hernandez
