Actually he can dribble and pass pretty well, he just doesn't dribble and pass with finesse like Mbappe. Haaland is very good at carrying and holding up the ball he just doesn't do tricks and skills, his actual all-round ability to create and affect play is arguably higher than that of Mbappe, just less entertaining to watch
