I'd go with both 96 Ramos and 95 Kimpembe. Then you no longer need any midfield enhancement until FIFA 23. Bellingham is not as physical as Kimpembe and his movement is slower. I don't want you to go with packs or pps. PPs are scams, fodder packs might look very colorful but you are just getting some high rated fodder (other than Tots Toty nothing is usable). If you miss the Kimpembe card, you won't be able to get him, but if you miss the SS pp, EA will eventually release one later in the game (there's already a 93+ SS pp).
