At first I was thinking that 50k for this player was too much but after using some fodders of my club it cost me around 13k where I saved a lot. He is an improved version of Nkunku with almost the same price where you can save with untradeables it is even cheaper. He has an insane dribbling only missing the 5 star wf, his pace is unbalance but it feels really good in-game. I tried him MCO and Striker but I concluded that he works best as MCO. He is a good play maker with insane passing also. Only bad things I can find is the low base long shots but in-game it looks like having 99 long shot, the missing of 5*5* but 4*4* is still super good, and the strength could also be a downfall but thanks to his agility and balance so he doesn't need that much strength. Overall I think the value for money is insane even being an SBC and I think he is the best CAM in Bundesliga without counting Goretzka who I think as a box to box center mid.

As a casual FIFA player I dont exactly have the option to try out the best meta players. I saw this sbc realised he fit in my team and completed him with my fodder expecting him to be decent for me in my upcoming games. As I said i am a casual so i was worried going into my first champs qualification of the year. This man carried me from start to finish getting me 5/8 of my games won to get me into the weekend league. I noticed throughout the games that his positioning and shot power really stood out as well as super agile character. He got me a hattrick in my final game with some amazing goals. He is such good value and an underrated card that i think can be meta for a while up until christmas.

This guy is absolutely cracked. When he released I was using Nkunku as a CAM, but with Nkunkus defensive stats I decided to move him down to CM and bring Wirtz in as my CAM. So far he is the best player on the ball i've played with this year. His agility is insane and he can move freely in tight spaces. I slapped a hunter on him which made his shooting lethal and helped his pace greatly. His acceleration is incredible which I find most important in my CAM, his sprint speed is however not that amazing, he will often get caught in running duels. Something else i've really enjoyed with his card is his positioning. I've never really felt the difference of good positioning on a card untill after trying this guy out, I just had to look at his positioning after the first couple of games. He is always where you want him to be, and when he gets the ball in good positions he always finds a way to score. He has high finishing(with hunter) and a strong weakfoot.
Even though he is my CAM he has been outscoring my strikers in this weekends FUT champs. He has been my savior in a lot of game and I definitely suggest completing him for 50K, which seems like a steal ATM. He is even cheaper if you have untradeables like I had.

At first i was sceptical to do this sbc but i desperately wanted him because i had packed his inform in the beginning of the year. I started with this card rank 2 div 3 without a hot streak and i was struggling. Popped this wirtz in cam behind fekirs sbc and won 10 games in a row. I am now in div 1. The link to the squad is what i use in game. Tbh i couls make a review for eveyone on the team but my standout player reallky was wirtz

Absolute goat. He can dribble past everyone and score a top bins goal even with his weak foot from outside the box. Basically the german Messi. Only thing that doesn't make him the true German Messi is his free kick accuracy. He feels quick and the only player that is faster than him in my team is Sane. I believe that if you have the money, get him and if you don't, save up for him. He also has good links so you could make a hybrid team with him. Overall, a 5 star out of 5 stars .

Being a Bundesliga fan makes me wanna try a new upgrade once it comes. Wirtz was one of them, with a decent price. At first, he did not perform well, maybe because I was using him in the wrong position or because I decided not to buy a Hunter chem until it got cheaper. Once I got a hunter chem, changed the formation to 4-4-1-1(2) and he became my CF with Lewa as ST, both of them started to carry my team. He is phenomenal!
His shooting is great, he gets into the box very often and he's perfect when paired with an ST that can hold the ball. But he's not perfect. He get's bodied very easily and although he's dribling is good, he's is not the best, maybe because of his body type. His stamina is very great and he helps a lot to recover the ball.
Definitely a must buy for someone with a Bundesliga. Although you should know that he'll probably get another upgrades and you won't be able sell this card, this shouldn't be the reason to stop you from doing his SBC. He's definitely an improvement over Reus.

I packed Leroy Sane's 88 RTTK card as an untradeable on Friday shortly after it came out, and I had to find a way of fitting him into my team, which was a 4-4-2 Premier League & La Liga hybrid. I also wanted Sane to play as a striker, so I looked to find someone who I could fit into my squad as an ST but play as a wide midfielder in-game, and I figured Wirtz was the best player to do that with.
So this is the squad I'm playing him in (https://www.futbin.com/22/squad/1734159), with Wirtz moving to LM, Sane to right ST, and Jota as RM. I play long ball & possession, with Wirtz' staying wide and getting in behind. I've given him the catalyst chem style. At the time I got him, I was in Division Rivals 8, but now I'm playing Division rivals 5. Wirtz has played 16 games, all in rivals, scoring 5 goals and getting 4 assists.
I've been using Jota and Bale on the wings since the start of the game, so whilst Wirtz' best position isn't on the wing, he has felt like a massive upgrade for me in that position.
His pace is good. In counter attacks he always seems to be in space and on the move and gets me up the pitch really well. He does sometimes get caught up by fast full backs, but by then he's in a good position to turn inside to move the attack towards the strikers.
Speaking of which, his ability to turn quickly is brilliant, so even when the full back catches up to him, Wirtz can cut inside quick enough to bring him back into space. I'm not really someone who dribbles that much, or uses skill moves, but with the few times I've used Wirtz to try and beat a man, he does it very well.
His shooting from inside the box is decent, though he could've scored more hadn't it been for some unbelievable saves from keepers. However, his finesse shots outside the box, considering I only got him AFTER the nerf, have somehow been amazing. Considering his long shot stat isn't that great, and I haven't given him any shooting boost via chem style, this was quite a nice surprise for me. With catalyst, he has 89 curve, so perhaps this has a lot to do with it.
He has 4* weak foot, but his crossing with his left foot has been perfect for me so far. With catalyst, he has a 94 crossing stat and it has shown. His passing in general is crisp, and I've rarely had an issue with it.
Defensively, he actually wins the ball back for me a lot, and is very good at tracking runs down the wing when the full back moves inside in defensive positions.
His strength stats are quite low, but I've really not had an issue with it.
In general, he is really good and is worth getting. Obviously most people won't play him on the wing, but he does a good job there anyway. I doubt I'll be using him regularly as the game progresses, but for the time being he is more than good enough and I'm glad I got him.

Used him in a 4-1-2-1-2(2) as cam and he is amazing,the dribbling is so good, agilty and balance out of this world. If you need the push to do him this is it. For 50k he is a bargain
