first of all i don't use skills that much so i don't care if the player dose not have 5 sm and tthe chem style that i used engine

So, this FB sbc concepts are so good, in my opinion, this Icardi is a must-do card. So far he's scored 12 goals and has 7 assist, I used him as a ST in all the matches, that 90 pace, 90 agility, and 88 balance are a big W, despite being 181 cm tall, he is fast, he can easily win races to fast defenders like kimpembe and varane etc

When I saw this card pop up as an SBC it got me feeling some kind of way. Icardi has been essentially unusable in the last two FIFAs, and I feel it is only right to give him a try now that he actually has a usable card. I was able to smack him together with some fodder that I had from the 81x25 and 82x25 Icon Swaps, saving the 82x25 to open at TOTY. So he cost me nothing but fodder and fit right into my squad next to 86 UCL Vini. I smacked an Engine on him, and before he drove off with my wife, we played some games to qualify for next WL.

I was not disappointed in any way whatsoever, his agility on the ball was just what was needed receiving passes from my SIF Tchou, and as I did not expect him to be blazing fast, I was able to take advantage of the 99 Positioning that he has and waited for him to make a break for it before hitting the ball up. His finishing was great, not perfect, but definitely enough to get the job done with the rate that he was getting in alone on goal. I tried him as the starting ST beside Vini in a 41212(2), and also as a super sub coming on in the 60th minute, he was class in both roles.

I did not feel that he was slow with his turns at all (as some have said) maybe this is because I was not expecting that with his agility being 85 (with the engine) however his balance was absolutely insane for me, and it was very rare that he got knocked off the ball once he was in the box. His dribbling, ball control, reactions and composure all made for an absolutely magnificent on ball experience, and had me making defenders looking foolish in the box, despite the fact that he only has 4 star skills.

The one thing that I did notice was that his finesse shots were a bit lacking for me, pretty good with the right foot inside the box, but any where outside the box, or with the left, he definitely left a lot to be desired.

Overall I was quite happy with this card for what I had to invest in it, and I would recommend him to anyone that is able to link him into the squad without much issue. Mind you TOTS is coming out soon, and hopefully we can have some good SBCs from that as well, so if you decided to save up fodder for that, I would not blame you as well.

Things weren't going particularly bad for me with WW Daka up front but I felt that I could get something better. And then this Icardi got leaked and I knew this man would be the perfect fit for my playstyle, so I saved the exact amount of fodder to complete him, and I got him for literally free, and I can confirm this is the best striker I've used this year. Playing in game as a striker in a 4-2-3-1 with RTTK Sane RM, mid Best CAM and Fire Claude-Maurice LM, with stay forward, stay central and target man for custom instructions. This man is a beast. With an engine on him it's almost like you don't even notice the 80 agility, and i was very pleasantly surprised with his passing, getting some assists and passing it round very consistently. Now, his best parts are his shooting and strength. His finishing is some of the deadliest I've ever used on any fifa, even with 80 long shots. Anywhere inside the box and on the edge of it, it's going to go in or give the keeper a lot of trouble. His strength is so good, you can hold L2 and literally no one will be able to take it from him. I've had strikers bullied off the ball by defenders, but this guy bullies the defenders out of his way. With 25 games played he scored 28 goals and assisted 13 in elite division and in champs qualifications. As I said, he's an incredible strong player, and with an engine you almost don't feel the 80 agility, but it still might not appeal to people that are more used to very quick and agile players. You can pair him up with a very nimble striker or CAM and he'll work really well.

I am currently in div 1 and using him beside if neymar. Icardi is too good. He finishes everything. Feels a little clunky. But because of his strength, he is good against koulibally or sule type cb. His shooting is top tier. It feels like another version of benzema fb. If you are abusing corner glitch , he has 99 jumping and 95 heading accuracy ;) . Even if EA fix the glitch, you can use usual corner to score goals.

used an artist on him to put agility up to help it cause its pretty much like a truck without. He doesnt miss other than that. Headers always go in. Top job for a fair price. I used him as a target man in 4-1-2-1-2(2) and he works a dream. 2 games 2 hatricks in div 1

In my opinion this card is a great card if you are looking for a good ligue 1 striker who isn't Mbappe. I've played 19 games so far (div 1) and he's scored 34 and assisted 16. I play him at ST with Mbappe and I have to say I was very impressed. On the shooting side he is incredible. I would compare to someone like prime Suker who I have previously used. He is slightly clunky but with and engine he cant still easily take on defenders in champs and rivals. His shooting is incredible and finds the net very often which is something which I don't find in many cards this year.

Hello my fellow futters! Been thinking about writing a review on this beast ever since he was released, and here we are.

Where to start? WOW. I've had this guy in my team ever since he was released, and he has played every single game for me since that. He is the definition of concistency.

588 games played, 500 goals, 347 assist. I mean, WHAT?

The stats speak for themselves. He keeps on saving me every game, right foot, left foot, headers, you name it, he does it all.

Throughout my time with him he has played lone striker, partner, cam and winger, and my god does he perform wherever you put him.

I was a bit skeptical to his agility and balance at first, but he has proven to me that it really doesn't matter. His strength, pace, finishing is just outstanding.

If you for any reason have him in you squad and don't use him, find a way to fit him in your team. He will do you justice. I guarantee it.

As soon as I saw this Icardi card, I knew I had to do him. He's relatively cheap and has PSG links. However, I was a bit skeptical about the dribbling. I went into fut champions, and this guy was unstoppable. He has amazing shooting, and can basically score from anywhere, his outside foot shot trait is also very helpful. His pace is very well-rounded, and he can speed past most defenders. His physicality is amazing, he wins every header and can muscle off any defender. He is a bit slow to turn, but apart from that, he is a very well-rounded striker, dare I say the best non-icon striker in the game right now. This card is 4* 4* but feels like its 4* 5* instead. Will definitely be using him for longer.

His stats for the price appeared to be a steal and since most of his SBCs can be done with fodder, I gave it a go.

Initially I was a little disappointed, since I was sort of expecting some R9 style performances, though once I got used to his play style, I've found he's been fantastic

Attributes

Pace- Rapid on engine, I tried him on Artist to get his agility up to 95, though he was lacking a little bit of pace. on Engine even on 8 chem, his pace feels 99

Shooting- Fantastic finishing in the box. His 98 reactions and 95 composure I think make a huge difference to this, he'll score brilliant finishes from really awkward positions that i wouldn't bother shooting in with other strikers- I've found him to be a real game-changer in this way.

Only downside is his 80 longshots, though if you need a striker to do longshots, putting him on Hawk could work as it brings that up to 90 and most of his other shooting stats to 99, so you have options is this is a problem.

Weakfoot finishing feels 5* when in the box and the outside of the foot shot trait makes a massive positive difference too.

Dribbling- Dribbling on engine is very good. Although due to him being 5'11 and having 90 strength he is a tiny but clunky- he doesn't spring about like Fekir and Politano who I also use, his ball control and reactions means he is fantastic at close dribbling in the box, which is pretty much where he stays.

Passing- Passing at close range is fantastic, allowing tiki-taka football to happen with ease. Very good at one-touch football, I'm not sure what this is down to, maybe his reactions and composure?

Physicality- He's an unusual player in that he doesn't feel that physical on the ball which I like, but his strength is more than adequate to hold off any defender i've played against. 98 Balance on engine really helps this too.

Heading is brilliant. 99 Jumping, 95 H/A and power header means he gets to almost every aerial ball. helps him hold the ball up really nicely in build up play and scores plenty from crosses too, something I've struggled with in the past.

Overall

Overall I'd 100% recommend to anyone that can link him. An exceptional finisher in the box, with great physicality, pace and dribbling, once you do get used to him you won't want him out of your team at all. His only real downside is linkability- outside of PSG there aren't that many good options to link him with, but there are enough good and fairly cheap PSG cards to link him with if you're prepared to play about with Position Modifiers a bit.
