Honest opinion on Morata

I did this SBC immediately because of his MOTM card from a previous FIFA I remember being god tier. I whacked a Marksman on him and went to test him out. Now to say I was disappointed is an understatement. This man was complete trash, couldn't beat a man, got bullied off the ball, despite the 90+ strength, and his passing was poor. His first 10 games he only managed 2 goals and an assist. I did not throw him in the bin. I decided to try him with an Engine. MY GOD. It's like he's a completely different player. He went from being the family disappointment to the golden boy instantly. His record now after 30 games, considering his record for the first 10, is 22 goals, 11 assists. For the entirety of this he was playing LS and was partnered with POTM Simeone (best ST I've used this year) at RS and Dybala at CAM.

YOU MUST TAKE ENGINE ON THIS CARD!

With an Engine I can confidently call this man the 2nd best ST in Serie A behind Simeone.

He can bully defenders off the ball.

Finishing is absolutely clinical.

Wins headers for fun.

Terrible without an Engine.

Doesn't find himself in too many positions to score. (When he does its just a goal every time though)

Bit expensive, probably should be worth around 50k I'd say.

overhated

for 80k i genuinely think he's a bargain and people overhate him because of his 3 star skills when in reality all you need is a body feint/fake shot/ball roll and you're past a defender. Cheap CR7

I did him because i had a lot of fodder. Did play very good, with hawk he's so fast, finishes well with both legs, long shots are decent, heading is better then CR7, dribbling is not the best but still decent, He's strength was very good he just. went trough opponents Upamecano

Good, But Slightly Overpriced

I used Morata in a 4-1-2-1-2 up front with POTM Simeone (who I highly recommend as he is excellent value for money. I put a Marksman on him as I felt he needed better dribbling, shooting and physicality. He is good at shooting from a short distance but if you are expecting him to easily beat players with his 3 star skills, he might not be the player for you.
