Defends 'em all

So I packed TOTY Donnaruma and had an untradable HL Barella on my bench – time for some Italian icon who would give both a green link. Unless you can't spend 1 mil on Maldini, this man is the go to guy!

First: His height is no problem at all. His defensive positioning is so good that he always wins the header. But most importantly you will never have to worry against trickery again. I always got nervous when my opponent started using skill moves inside the box. But not with Cannavaro. The fact that I packed TOTYHM Koundé as well may have helped his case. Still, Cannavaro always gets the ball as long as you stay between the attacker and the goal (which never felt so easy with any player). And if you are somewhere near the ball, tackle. He just won't foul and he is strong enough too get the ball from everyone.

His passing is not too great, he may not be the one to play long passes across the whole pitch. Still, his composure and the dribbling stats seem much higher than the card shows so you always can create enough space to find solutions when being pressed. Maybe it's just that I feel supersave with him and don't make nervous errors anymore, but something about my defensive and build up play changed fundamentally after bringing in this guy. He is the best attacker I've used in all FIFAs since 15, maybe except for the legendary IF Gomez last year. If you need links,
