Player Review

Kouli has played way above his stats on Fifa 22 as far as I am concerned. Good dribbling, better passing than the card suggests (although still poor) combined with the great defending, outstanding physicals and top tier pace for CB's at this stage of the game. This upgrade is not absolutely crazy, but the best way I can describe it is that it is like his 'bully' style in game has been refined, so it is more controlled aggression. He remains an absolute monster of a CB.

I am reluctant to give this card a 5* rating as we are in October, but as far as CB's go, I think he is at least on par, if not better than Van Dijk's gold card who I have tried and enjoyed a lot. 4* seems fair and reasonable.

This guy is a game changer if you are moving from someone like Tomori, and forms a great CB partnership with Skrinar for me. He is expensive, no doubt, but the market is on it's knees so it is probably a good time to try and do him if you feel like it. That insane CR7 POTM SBC makes him look like a bargain from a price comparison POV.

You will notice a difference vs. the gold card, not a crazy one, but for anyone with a Serie A squad, or if whatever has possessed you to build a Senegalese squad...I would recommend this card if you are looking for in game enjoyment. Plus it is actually a really nice design...and we all love a nice design.
