Player Review

I was one of the very fortunate people that got to pack him on the day of release tradeable and because I had waited for his special card I didn't sell him but actually played about 20 games to get back into Elite including a few games in Elite. Then I completed the weekend league games and played him for all 20. I honestly had fun with the card, the quick turning speed and fast skill moves etc. But he is lacking in the air, as much as strength goes he is strong but will get bodied by the strong CBs and CMs as well as the full backs. He makes great runs and has amazing ball control but he is widely inconsistent in terms of finishing. I know people will hop in comment sections and tell you he finishes everything but that 88 composure at times feels like 79. His long shots are great when he has space and time and his passing is solid too. But overall he is (before any upgrades) very underwhelming for what is currently a 4.2 million card. When looking at other cards between the 1kk - 4.5kk range I have had the honour of using I cannot justify his Price tag being higher than for example TOTY Messi who is pretty much the same player but with better Shooting, Passing, Dribbling and even Defense. This is why I can honestly only recommend this card to those who don't mind parting with the coins or those who want to gamble on him as an investment. But I have to emphasise this is before any upgrades, if he gets any he might feel completely different to now, but where he is fun to use at the moment, he is definitely over priced by 2.5 million.
