Player Review

This is an honest Review from a person a lot of people would consider a rat. I only play 10/10 meta cards... for an attacker i need AT LEAST 5*4* and a lean or unique bodytype. Like im not gonna sit there and play these grandpas like Isco and Gouiri with an average body type, just to take slow turns and wait for my fate as I see Ruben Dias TOTS running full speed at me while my opponent is spamming the tackling button with no remorse. Aint gone happen. So I got him in my reds blah blah blah no one cares and yeah I was an Elite 1-3 player when I was really try harding in older fifas but on 22 I just get my 11-1 and give away wins. So lets get to Joao Felix.

PACE 10/10: Just what you would expect. Bursts into tight spaces with full speed, so if youre through youre through... Of course on long distances every defender with 90+ pace is eventually gonna catch up, but even Mbappe is getting outpaced by players like Varane FB, Laporte TOTS... But the acceleration on this card doesnt feel like 94, more like 97/98, just an insanely fast card.

SHOOTING 10/10: Like compared to other top tier strikers 91 shooting seems kinda „low“, but let me tell you, it feels like around 96. He also has that 4 and a half * weak foot, feels MUCH more consistent on his weak foot than Mbappe POTM (who definitely got nerved btw). Also his positioning is incredible even tho he has mid/mid work rates... Sometimes I’m suprised that an attacker can make an own run in Fifa 22. Players like Cantona and Benzema have that cracking Offensive AI and Joao feels like hes one of them, so you should be able to get in shooting situations more often with him. Of course hes gonna miss some, but thats just how the game works... Even R9 moments misses some easy chances. Just shoot and It will go in 9/10 times... as long as there is no auto block, not 500 defenders in the way, opponent moving the gk, the gk making a crazy save, the gk running out with 40 mph, opponent slide tackling like there is no tomorrow or no script happening :)

DRIBBLING 11/10: Feels unbelievable on the ball... literally just perfect and responsive dribbling. The elasticos and mcgeady cancel comes of so smooth that he has that Sancho FB kinda feeling where you feel untouchable... Just glitching through players because of that unique body type. Also didnt notice any problems with the height/balance. Hes really similar to Cruyff moments in that aspect.

PASSING 9/10: You wont have any problems, simple as that. Of course hes no KDB toty on the long passing but I wouldnt play him as a wide player anyway (cause of that mid/mid). Play him central as a ST in a 442 or 4222 and like I said, you wont have any problems.

DEFENDING: no one cares

PHYSICAL 8/10: Does get pushed of the ball from time to time, but a lot of times he just glitches through like I mentioned. Don’t expect to get a Cantona moments in that aspect. Jumping/Heading feels nice, again hes no CR7 but if you have a chance to cross he should win a few headers for you and score it. Stamina is great, can easily play for 90 minutes, maybe has to be substituted in extra time
