best cdm in the game

To begin with, I am not a very good defensive player. I throw myself around a lot and I don't always know how to place my players very well. I also have a lot of trouble choosing my CDMs, I liked Vieira PIM but I found him very slow and bad at restarting, I liked Kante TOTY but I found him rather weak physically and rather shy defensively. I had a lot of trouble finding a player I liked. So here we are on 05.08.22 and EA bring out Casemiro futties as a target. At first I thought that as it was a free card it wasn't going to be amazing, but as I had nothing to lose and needed a good CDM, I went for it. So here I am today, doing this review of the best CDM in the game.

Speed 9/10:

He's fast. Not as fast as a Kante TOTY, but I didn't feel any heaviness like I had with Vieira MOMENTS. He has no trouble catching up with a player and very rarely gets caught off guard.

Shooting 7/10:

He's a CDM, shooting is not his strong point but as soon as he's near the box with the ball he becomes very dangerous. His 96 offensive positions are very formidable and his 99 in shooting power and long range are very hurtful as soon as he finds a shooting angle.

Passes 9/10:

Casemiro is one of the best passers in the game, he hardly misses a pass, whether it is long or short. The power he puts into his passes means that they are very rarely intercepted. With decent dribbling stats, he becomes very good at rebounding and transitioning from attack to defence.

Dribbling 7/10:

Although he has 90 in dribbling, he is not the most agile player. I preferred Kante TOTY at this point. However he doesn't turn like a truck and does pretty well. It's quite handy when he's on the rebound. (In addition to the SM 4)

Defence 10/10:

What more can I say except that he is one of the best in this field... He intercepts everything like a Vieira, he tackles like a Varane and has a defensive lucidity like a Maldini.

Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit... But he is really very very very very solid defensively. His strong point is really tackling and interceptions, he's really incredible in that area.

Physicality 10/10:

Very strong in the shoulder like a Vieira and aggressive like a Kante he jumps on all the players making them fly in the stands, all that coupled with incredible defensive stats, he doesn't let anything go. The 95 endurances keep him going the whole game.

Dont know how but he doesnt loose

I cant really tell what he did. He had 0 Goals and 0 Assists. But i bought him when i was 5:4 in WL. He played 8 games and i ended 12 and 6. The only loss was in penalties. If you cant see your DM but you win all your games that is a credit to him right?So if winning is what you desire you can play him. He will help with that.

While not being the fastest, it was the only player that give me the possibility to play with the CDM between defenders while attacking. I've tried Kondogbia, Merino, Delaney. The lack of speed is hided by is positioning so if you need a player just to destroy the plays from the other team, give it a try.
