This guy is the best CDM i have used so far, just like fifa 21. I had his 84 red pick last year and he was insane so i wanted to get him again this year and he is probably twice as good this year.

He is so good both attacking and defensively, has the stamina to get forward and back and dominates the midfield alongside De Jong in my 4-2-3-1, although i think he could do a good job beside any other kind of midfielder beside him

i use skills so the 3* is the only slight negative i can think of, its not even that important anyways.
